31/08/2026: I'm counting calories, and an app found this restaurant after analyzing my photo. The salad with walnuts was delicious, high in protein, and suited to my diet. The service is quick in this pleasant dining room.

02/09/2026: The best dinner of our holiday in Corsica! Dinner overlooking the sunset over the sea, unforgettable. We had spaghetti with clams, delicious, al dente, and well-prepared! Crispy mixed fried fish, very tasty. For the girls, breaded fish fillet with fries, also very good. Quick service, clean bathroom, with a changing table. Prices are similar to Corsican standards, but in this case, for good food and such a view, it was well worth the money!

19/07/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I've been going to this bar since it opened because the cocktails are excellent. After a year without going, I decided to return. We waited over 30 minutes before telling the waitress it would be nice to take our order. Then we waited another 20 minutes before being served. The cocktails arrived, the presentation was lacking, and the cocktails themselves were beyond bad. I think even I could make better, and I'm not a professional. When I asked if the staff had changed, they replied, "Yes, why?" I explained that the cocktails weren't good (they were non-alcoholic). I emphasized this because there's nothing complicated about making a non-alcoholic cocktail. The person who made the cocktails didn't even admit that they were the ones who made them and that they weren't good. Paying quite a lot for something that was basically just Pulco is a shame. I think the training of servers and bartenders needs to be reviewed, especially in cocktail bars. After 5-6 years at Nectar, I can tell you I'll never go back for a drink because, unfortunately, the current staff is incompetent.

16/05/2026: We ordered penne with scallops and chorizo, and breaded turkey cutlet. The portions were generous. Very good, although the pasta was slightly overcooked for our taste. The dessert, a rum baba, was delicious—huge, perfectly soaked, and crispy on top. Very quick service and friendly staff.

11/09/2026: What a disappointment it was when my friend and I arrived at the restaurant! We greeted them politely and waited almost five minutes at the entrance before finally finding a table ourselves, even though the staff had seen us. A few minutes later, we were told that the table we had chosen was reserved, without any sign indicating this. We naturally changed tables, but the staff member repeated in a frustrated tone that the table was reserved. I politely explained that we had been waiting at the entrance to be seated and that no one had shown us where to sit. He replied that he didn't understand and asked me to speak in English. So I repeated my explanation in English, but he no longer seemed to be listening and replied sarcastically, "Okay, sit here." We also noticed that he went directly to serve the other customers at their tables, while we had to go and get our trays ourselves from the counter. Finally, the supposedly reserved table remained empty, and before we left, the waiter asked us to return our trays ourselves. The meal was delicious, but given the numerous positive reviews regarding the service and staff, we are inclined to believe that it wasn't the same person, as the welcome and service we received were anything but warm and helpful.
