01/11/2025: Extremely slow service, 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza and two scoops of ice cream. More than 20 minutes wait between the clearing of the main course and receiving the dessert menu.

25/07/2025: Arriving at the end of service, we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed delicious pizzas and salads at a leisurely pace. The service was pleasant and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. Kudos to the young man who looked after our table! We'll be back! 😃

10/04/2026: We had dinner tonight as a family with our three children. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel, and despite reading mixed reviews, we took their advice and left delighted and full! Excellent value for money with the daily special menu, generous children's menus (big hamburger!), perfectly seasoned dishes, and very pleasant and efficient service. So don't listen to the naysayers and go enjoy a delicious meal!

04/04/2026: Passing through Cholet, I was craving a really good Italian pizza, but what a disaster... the dough was anything but pizza dough, the ingredients were undercooked, and to top it all off, as we say back home... the pizza was completely covered in lettuce. At least, chef, put the lettuce on the side in a bowl. In short, a catastrophe. The staff were smiling.

02/03/2026: Disgusting, please don't order for the sake of your stomach and your sense of smell. The fries and extras taste like wet cardboard. The pizza (flamenche, yes) has no taste, no substance, just wet cardboard. Never again.

25/03/2026: Hello, I really like this restaurant, the only one in the center of Achères where you can actually sit down, but unfortunately it's not very suitable for young children, despite a children's menu (no high chairs, children are reprimanded if they move or make noise, especially by other customers), and we had a bad experience, as detailed below. I unfortunately won't be going back. There was also no light in the restrooms that evening, forcing us to keep the door open and take turns supervising. My 13-month-old walked towards a table of elderly people who were outraged and wanted to move because they wanted a quiet spot without children (the woman didn't hesitate to say she didn't like children), which caused stress for everyone. We also had a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old with us, so we let them dance near our table, and there was some good music playing. ;) We found the pizzas better than the pasta. PS: Note the presence of a changing table.

25/02/2026: Delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere at Michel's. A cozy and peaceful place, the decor is absolutely stunning! I've been going there for 20 years and I hope to see this restaurant open for many more years to come!

16/03/2026: The menu is decent, the food is good; the pizzas are made right in front of you. Avoid the glass of red wine, it's astringent. It was very busy the evening we were there, the service was overwhelmed, we waited a good fifteen minutes before being seated and a full half hour before anyone came to take our order, then another twenty minutes before we were served, and even more waiting to pay. Completely overwhelmed.

26/11/2025: The welcome was nonexistent, there was no politeness whatsoever, and customer service was clearly lacking. As for the kitchen, I was informed that half the menu was unavailable, without any explanation. So I ordered a pizza, and after a 10-minute wait, I learned that the oven wasn't working. This information should have been communicated earlier, in my opinion. When it came time for the refund, once again, not a word of apology or compassion was offered.

29/03/2026: I would have given it a 0 if I could. A tasteless burger in a burnt pizza bun... An empty restaurant is a sign, don't go in. The photos speak for themselves. Zero welcome, zero service...

04/04/2026: The atmosphere is dirty, and they're arrogant and slimy. It's unfortunate to hear them mock ALL their customers behind their backs, including the poor Italian regulars. A miserable attitude.

01/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place during the Lemon Festival. The waitresses and the owner asked us to leave the terrace while we were ordering and waiting in line because no waitress was taking our order on the terrace (after a 20-minute wait)! A complete lack of courtesy! Total disorganization!

14/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place and were welcomed like family. The cook asked us questions to ensure we made the best pizza—little things that make all the difference—and we were even treated to homemade hot sauce! Both pizzas we ate were delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. I highly recommend this restaurant/pizzeria.

21/02/2026: Takes them 40 mins to prepare a mediocre, over-priced pizza at lunchtime when the place is 70% empty.

10/02/2026: The pizza dough is okay, however the topping is meager apart from the cheese and… you have to like garlic 🙁
