PS: I recommend going there on Saturday lunchtime, like I did; it's very quiet.

23/03/2026: An excellent Italian restaurant, with very good, well-prepared dishes at very reasonable prices. Special mention goes to the very friendly welcome, as well as to the dining room and decor, which retain a slightly old-fashioned charm, like something out of a New Wave film.
13/03/2026: Experienced and competent staff, but poor food quality.
Lasagna wasn't fresh and had a sour taste.
Minestrone was bland.

07/03/2026: The pizzas are very good, though you have to hope for a good day. Sometimes they're overcooked (even burnt underneath), sometimes they're missing ingredients, sometimes the crust is thick, and without any warning. The pizza maker is pleasant but lacks attention to detail in the preparation.

07/04/2026: A delightful surprise on a public holiday when many restaurants were closed: excellent pizzas made with fresh ingredients and generous toppings, and a must-try tiramisu with several variations! A very warm welcome and a lovely setting to enjoy while waiting if needed 😀
05/04/2026: One Sunday evening, Easter weekend, you call to order 3 pizzas. They tell you they're fully booked.
I hope you'll be fully booked all summer because from now on we'll be going to their competitor. And on top of that, they weren't very friendly.

The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: the bathtub water was cloudy and yellowish (see photo), making it impossible to wash. The problem was reported to customer service, but there was no response or solution.
A complete lack of hygiene and respect for the customer.
24/01/2026: A truly wonderful stay at the BOSCOLO. The welcome, the room, and the services offered in an exceptional setting, all at excellent value for money, were all outstanding.
A magical escape in the otherwise over-touristy world of Nice. What a delight!

17/02/2026: I was craving pasta for lunch, so I gave in to temptation. The ingredients seemed to be of good quality, BUT the normal portion was barely full, and the pesto verde lacked flavor. Where were the pine nuts? I'm still looking for them 👀, were they forgotten? The same goes for the Parmesan, apparently.
The focaccia was good but expensive! Why give it half a star?
Over €16 for an order, that hurts 😣
The service was pleasant. I won't be going back.

10/04/2026: We stumbled upon it quite by chance, while looking for a pizza restaurant. The menu is simple, offering a few pizzas along with daily specials. We tried the pizzas, which were mediocre, made with low-quality ingredients (especially the olives).
02/12/2025: I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The welcome and service were not warm, which created a rather cold atmosphere. It's a shame, because the setting could be pleasant, but the lack of attention and friendliness is striking.
