I don't understand the good reviews for this place. The service was disorganized and slow for such a small amount. And watch out for the cheap 20cl bottle of Perrier at €4.

30/05/2026: The best place … TO AVOID ! If you like delicious Italian food this is not the place. The lasagna couldn’t have had less taste. The waiter was not bad… if you don t take into account the fact we waited 15 min to pay.
30/05/2026: This is the worst lasagna I've ever eaten. It had no flavour whatsoever and it was very liquid. I honestly don't know how it's possible to mess it up so much. I can't believe I paid more than 20€ for this.

11/05/2026: Highly recommended! Great starting point, stylish hotel, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
We had a duplex suite, which was very spacious. Absolutely quiet; we couldn't hear any street noise as it faced the courtyard.
We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the entire team from the three ladies in room 410 😊.

They're taking people for fools. They act like they're not being paid, they don't listen at all, and they bring overcooked pizzas and soggy, undercooked fries.
17/01/2026: Very good pizza, however, the size is a bit small for delivery; they're not 35cm as advertised. Something to reconsider for next time!
But otherwise, it's a pleasure to eat a really good pizza made with quality ingredients!

But yesterday, I don't know what happened, it was inedible, like the burger was from yesterday, or even the day before.
And don't even get me started on the stomach ache this morning.
What a shame…
