21/06/2026: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is truly unbearable bad faith! Let me explain: I ordered an eggplant parmigiana, which, according to the traditional recipe, is meatless. A pretty dish arrived, accompanied by a bowl of bagged salad drowning in bottled salad dressing (yuck! For a restaurant, that's fine if you want to serve it at home, but not in a restaurant, damn it!). I tasted the dish; the first bite was okay, but the second bite had ground meat... Something was definitely wrong. We called the waiter over, and that's when the blatant bad faith began. We told him (even though all the other dishes on the menu were clearly described) that it wasn't specified that the eggplant parmigiana contained ground meat. And what did he say?! Well, you should have asked if there was meat in it or not! But in fact, there was no need to ask that, since the dish, according to the original recipe, is meatless. At first, he told us they'd always made this dish with meat, but a few minutes later he said they'd recently changed it because customers were complaining there wasn't any meat. Isn't that just plain dishonest?! Then he said, "Well, what do we do? We'll have to pay for the dish anyway." Very professional question and reaction. After further discussion about the original recipe and the menu, and about him telling us he wouldn't charge us for the dish and that we should order something else... So I ordered a Caprese salad (it's a tomato salad, I emphasize TOMATOES, with mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar). A little while later, a cherry tomato salad arrived—yes, you read that right, CHERRY TOMATOES—with mozzarella, a bed of arugula, oil, and balsamic vinegar. I should mention that cherry tomatoes are €0.99 for 250g, while this salad cost €13. I was really expecting real tomatoes, like you'd get in a tomato and mozzarella salad! In short, a very bad experience for me. Thankfully, I won't be back.

21/06/2026: On a sweltering Sunday, pushed to our limits in search of a veggie sandwich, we suffered many disappointments before stumbling upon this oasis, which, not only did it offer several choices, but presented them to us with a smile! The staff were extremely helpful, thank you to them.

30/06/2026: I was really disappointed with the Tiramisu… The ladyfingers were too heavily coffee-flavored, giving each slice a bitter taste. And the mascarpone cream lacked sweetness. The coffee flavor being so overpowering compared to the cream, it detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dessert.

18/07/2026: July 18th (the restaurant wasn't full at all): arrived at 9 pm / seated at 9:30 pm / meal served at 10 pm / my 1-year-old baby crying / my 9-year-old daughter crying / my €18 truffle pizza contained no truffles (only flavored oil) and to top it all off, my husband, exhausted from his workday, ended up spilling his glass of wine on me (clothes, pizza). No one thought to offer me another pizza or another glass of wine, so my husband ordered another pizza, which we were, of course, charged for, with a 50% discount on the second one. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!

18/07/2026: A very bad experience. It took 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to be served. The staff were incredibly disorganized. The pizzas were small and missing ingredients listed on the menu. They should really call in Etchebest at this level!

03/07/2026: First and last time!!! What a shame, we were really looking forward to discovering this highly-rated restaurant. We arrived at 8:15 pm and at 8:50 pm our order still hadn't been taken, not even a glance in our direction, not even a carafe of water. So we left very disappointed. Catastrophic service.

02/07/2026: Be warned, there has most likely been a change of ownership (and chef)! The pizza ingredients were of poor quality (which made me sick), and the truffle pasta was served with a tasteless, greyish cream! However, the prices remain premium!

25/06/2026: At this restaurant, they shamelessly brought us a burnt, flat pizza—a 40-minute wait for that! I pointed it out to the waitress or the owner, who offered to make another one if needed. We declined because we didn't want to wait any longer. What a disgrace to charge for a flat, burnt pizza! Even ready-made pizza dough from the supermarket is better. Shame on this restaurant.

22/05/2026: As a lover of fine dining, from small, authentic restaurants to Michelin-starred establishments, I found La Notté in Saint-Zacharie to be a delightful discovery. 📍 Address: 5 Avenue Gaston de Saporta, 83640 Saint-Zacharie We started with a simple but very pleasant rosé from the Auriol cooperative. The welcome was warm and the service attentive throughout the meal. We ordered grilled sea bass and linguine with clams. The fish was perfectly cooked, tender, light, and very well seasoned. The pasta was excellent: cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice, fresh cherry tomatoes, and a flavorful cheese that provided a lovely finishing touch. For dessert, we ended on a high note with a tarte Tatin and a nougat glacé, both of which were very enjoyable. Before discussing price, we must talk about quality. You generally pay for what you eat, and when you want good food, it inevitably comes at a price. But here, the value for money is very reasonable: around €35 ​​per person for a wonderful evening in a pleasant atmosphere. A very welcome bonus: the establishment is animal-friendly, which adds even more warmth and friendliness to the place. A simple, pleasant, and genuine place that I can recommend without hesitation.

02/05/2026: On May 1st, we received a warm welcome, fast service, and a perfect pizza. The tagine was succulent, with perfectly cooked meat, crisp vegetables, and medium-grain couscous, wonderfully fragrant. We'll definitely be back. While the owner may have been a little lax at one point, as can happen to anyone, his recovery has been more than surprising. It just goes to show, you have to trust people.
