20/03/2026: I understand that every business has to be careful with inflation… But there are limits, no merguez sausages on the oriental menu, no ham, goat cheese, or honey. That's not right!! I won't be back. All they serve is pasta!!!!

09/04/2026: The place is clean and the outdoor seating isn't stuffy. Unlike many places in the area (and the city), where people eat in each other's arms, here there's plenty of space to enjoy a good pizza. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

08/06/2026: Hello, I ordered two pizzas from SPIZZA. The tomato sauce was expired, it was a bad pizza.

06/06/2026: It used to be good for students or people struggling financially. But now it's a mess, the quality isn't there anymore, and as if that weren't enough, the prices have skyrocketed. Their buy-one-get-one-free offer has easily gone up by 5 euros. I understand inflation, but you can't take people for fools.

19/07/2026: It's a shame I didn't check the reviews before coming; it would have saved me this bad experience. Personally, I don't recommend it at all! We ordered a simple Margherita, but the pastry was really strange, almost inedible. Furthermore, the hygiene of the place clearly leaves much to be desired, which doesn't inspire confidence.

15/07/2026: I went there for lunch one day to try it out, and well, it was really bad. I ordered the beef tartare, and it was awful; I've never eaten such a terrible tartare. It came with a strange sauce. The fries were okay, but otherwise, it was a complete mess. The waitress was incredibly rude. I asked for no salad, but the dish arrived loaded with it, and when I asked for it to be removed because I'm allergic, I got a raised eyebrow. I won't be going back! Save your money.

22/05/2026: Another completely burnt pizza!! Inedible! This isn't the first time this has happened! Please clean your oven trays and make sure the pizza is cooked properly! And for a pizza that's supposed to be a Reine (Queen), please don't fill it with mushrooms and put ham on it! I won't be coming back!!!!

22/06/2026: I always grab a pizza when I'm in Douai. I highly recommend them; they make both the pizzas and the dough on-site. They're baked in a wood-fired oven, which makes all the difference to the taste. The service is friendly and quick. There's a small terrace for sunny days. 16/07/2026: Unfortunately, at 7:50 PM, no one answered the phone, neither the 06 nor the 02 numbers, after three calls. Ordering via the website was impossible: "This town is not served by the pizzeria." Usually, there are no problems. It's a shame about the serious lack of communication.

29/06/2026: Disgusting, no other words. Calzon, no ham, no egg, full of fat, black mushrooms. You won't see me anytime soon.

14/04/2026: Two friends and I went to eat lunch together. The pizzas were overcooked and the sauce was bland. For dessert, we had profiteroles, but the choux pastry wasn't good, there was no chocolate sauce, and it tasted like it had been frozen. It's a shame, because it used to be a very good restaurant.

10/02/2026: Very disappointed... We ordered 5 pizzas to take away, picked up the order, and there were only 4. It's a bad start, especially since the person taking the payment (presumably the owner) didn't seem to care. Not an apology, not a solution offered. Once home, we discovered the pizzas... What more can I say than that all 4 pizzas look the same except for 4 olives on one, 4 anchovies on another, a few mushrooms, and they're only 3mm thick with almost nothing but cheese on them? Nothing like the photos in the customer reviews. Even a vacuum-packed pizza from the supermarket has more toppings.

24/01/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. The pizza was simply inedible (bland taste, unpleasant texture). The dessert served was clearly frozen. Despite complaining to the staff, no compensation was offered. Very disappointing value for money. I do not recommend it.

10/06/2026: As a customer for over three years, I am very disappointed. For a €12 order, my Apple Pay payment didn't work. The manager was immediately aggressive, insolent, and rude, lecturing me about carrying my bank card and speaking loudly in front of other customers. A few minutes later, I paid with the same phone at another store without any problem. A little respect and courtesy would have been appreciated. After this experience, I will not be returning.
