05/06/2026: We stopped to eat our pre-ordered sandwiches, but my husband wanted a pastry, so we headed to the bakery... The cashier was serving the pastries while chewing them. I already find it unpleasant to see someone snacking behind the counter, and upon closer inspection, this person was putting her finger in a sandwich and bringing it to her mouth, and not just once. It's disgusting, and I advise against ordering sandwiches and eating at restaurants. If she can do that, what are they doing in the kitchen???? We'll never stop here again

02/12/2025: Disappointed once again, pizza delivered cold, order mismatch, and a price that never varies between 5 and 8 euros for identical orders. After about ten times, I've resigned myself to the fact that, despite all the orders I've placed there for quite a few years, the change of ownership hasn't been successful, quite the opposite, and I've lost a customer.

03/07/2026: If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The service was unpleasant; the brunette bartender was rude (insulted customers) and forced people to leave the bar if everyone at the table wasn't ordering anything. Avoid at all costs! You shouldn't go into this line of work if you have no customer service skills.

03/07/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. The staff were unpleasant from the moment we arrived and throughout the entire service. It's completely unacceptable to make comments and complain when you work in a service-oriented business and serve customers; they should find another line of work. A very bad experience, avoid this place at all costs!

26/05/2026: Ordered two pizzas for takeout. I get home, and there were mistakes on both orders: the pizzas weren't cut, they were bland, dry, and just plain awful. They even gave me the wrong change. In short, never again, and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! See for yourself in the picture of my "cooked ham pizza." €15 per pizza!

07/07/2026: The speed and quality of preparation were excellent; however, when I arrived around 9 p.m. to pick up my order, I found that there was only one person handling absolutely everything (preparation, cashier, cooking, etc.). I find it quite unacceptable to leave such a heavy workload to a single person. Nevertheless, I want to commend this employee for her exceptional productivity. On another note, the pizzas were delicious!

26/05/2026: Hello, I am contacting you regarding an order placed on Sunday through your app. I ordered 9 pizzas with scheduled delivery. When nothing arrived, I called the Pizza Hut restaurant, and they told me that no order had been received. Thinking the order hadn't gone through, I went to Domino's Pizza to pick up 9 pizzas to eat with my friends at the BG guesthouse. However, in the meantime, I was charged by Pizza Hut, and the delivery driver finally arrived with the 9 pizzas. I refused the delivery since we had already eaten. I would therefore like a refund or some other form of compensation, as there was clearly a problem with the order's transmission and/or delivery time. Thank you in advance for your response. 28/07/2026: Bad experience at this restaurant, the worst part was the unprofessional owner. We were two adults and two children, and he refused to serve us because my little girl didn't want to eat. The waiter asked the owner, and he said no; they only serve four courses. He wasn't welcoming at all.

15/07/2026: We've been coming to this region for many years, and for our last dinner there, we chose the Pinocchio restaurant in Le Brusc, as we often do, because we've always had a good time and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very disappointing. The carpaccio was covered with a brown salad, visibly wilted and poorly drained, which made the whole dish soggy. When we politely pointed this out to the chef, his reaction was completely disproportionate. He became aggressive, threatening, and very unpleasant. Despite the fact that we hadn't eaten the dish, we were forced to pay for it. This situation made everyone at our table very uncomfortable and completely ruined our last dinner. It's a huge disappointment, especially since we had always enjoyed this restaurant before.

19/06/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ ‼️⚠️🚨On Wednesday, June 17th, around 10 PM, I went to Ô Délices in Montréal-la-Cluse to get a kebab and a taco. Frankly, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The fries were only half full, and so was the kebab. The raw vegetables tasted like they'd been in the fridge, as if they were from the day before. The kebab had absolutely no flavor, and the taco was dry, practically without any cheese sauce, even though I had asked for extra. The result: a bland and uninteresting meal. The receipt showed a total of €26, but we ended up paying €28 without any explanation. On top of that, the extra sauces were barely filled. Two euros more for that is incomprehensible. What's most disappointing is that we gave this place several chances. I used to go there regularly, and just a few months ago, it wasn't this disastrous. It wasn't exceptional, but at least it was edible. Now, the quality has completely plummeted. For the first time in my life, I couldn't even finish a kebab. It really takes a lot to get to that point. I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash because it was so bad. I'd much rather pay a fair price for a good kebab than spend €28 on something that goes straight in the bin. At one time, when you asked for sauce, they gave it to you generously, sometimes even the whole carton. Now, you pay extra for barely filled containers. As far as I'm concerned, that's it. I won't be going back. If you're looking for a good kebab in Montréal-la-Cluse, look elsewhere. A huge disappointment. This kebab shop is a disaster! 🚨⚠️‼️⚠️🚨‼️ And I think it needs a hygiene inspection with URSSAF (the French social security agency) for quality control. They need to do something because this is unacceptable.

19/04/2026: I wanted to give this restaurant another chance. I ordered for four tonight: a bowl, two tacos, and a box of tenders. The fries were hard, there was no sauce in the tacos, they were dry and inedible, and the oven-baked tacos were overcooked—the whole tortilla was burnt. I understand now why they have so few customers. 45 bucks for this! It's a disgrace! We miss the old owners! I highly recommend King across the street. Avoid at all costs!!!

08/02/2026: Terrible 👎 The €21 octopus salad was just canned beans and arugula. Three measly pieces of octopus. And it wasn't even seasoned. Most of the servers didn't speak French or English. My other friends thought it was expensive for what was on their plates. The portions were ridiculous. This used to be an excellent family restaurant. They kept the same name after the change of ownership. They didn't even bother to change the location and turn it into a tourist trap: SHAME ON YOU. 🤌🏻 We didn't stay for dessert.

14/12/2025: If you’re looking for a restaurant right in the heart of Nice’s old town, this is a great choice. It has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu with plenty of cuisines to suit different tastes. I chose the lamb chops, which were absolutely divine and cooked perfectly. Prices for meals are very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality. One thing to note: if you’re dining in the evening, it’s worth bringing a jacket. The narrow streets can get chilly, and while there are gas heaters, an extra layer will make the experience far more comfortable.

30/07/2026: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews and go eat at Pasta Basta. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. And what can I say about the food? There were six of us, and we ordered different meals, and everything was excellent. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely go back.

27/12/2025: I had a really excellent meal. It was truly delicious. The setting was pleasant and unpretentious. The owner, despite his somewhat gruff manner, is very friendly. I don't know many restaurants in Saumur that offer a complimentary glass of champagne at the end of the meal after you've paid the bill. I don't understand the overwhelmingly negative reviews. To dare to say it's not good, that it's frozen food, etc., etc... simply untrue. We arrived as a party of five and were warmly welcomed, as were all the other customers who arrived later. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed every course, and our plates were returned empty to the kitchen.
