01/08/2026: A tourist trap whose only redeeming features are its location on a pleasant square and the absolutely charming waitress. But bland and overpriced for what it is. Avoid it. This kind of establishment does not do justice to this beautiful city.

26/06/2026: Avoid at all costs 😱 We arrived as a group of five for drinks on the terrace, asked for an extra glass of water, and were told, "We don't have that" 😲! Uh… okay! As we were leaving, the table next to us had clearly received their glass of water; it must be a matter of personal preference!! And for the price… I don't understand… especially given the heat we're experiencing right now. I can see why there are bad reviews! We won't be going back, that's for sure!!

14/09/2026: Too long a wait, over an hour before the table was cleared, we left without having dessert!!!

26/08/2026: A very good experience! I went three times this summer and again yesterday. It's always excellent, especially the linguine diabola burrata, which I highly recommend—it's delicious! 🤤 The service is quick and the servers are friendly. One small drawback: I'd say the service was perhaps a little too fast. We had our aperitifs, meals, and wine all at the same time! 😅 We didn't have time to enjoy our cocktails. Maybe they could adjust the timing. 😉 But otherwise, I 100% recommend this restaurant and am honestly surprised by the negative reviews.

23/08/2026: The pizza wasn't bad, but two slices of Italian ham?? and four tiny pieces of goat cheese for 17 euros is way too expensive. Plus, the owner's friendliness leaves much to be desired. And after a pizza, you're still hungry! I'm from the area and I won't be back!

16/08/2026: The pizza was extremely thin, the toppings sparse, and the ingredients lacked character. The high price was unjustified by the quality of the pizza. A shame.

01/09/2025: I met the new manager and the pizzas were appreciated, despite a difference in quality, in my opinion, compared to the original managers. But everyone has their own tastes and colors. The welcome is friendly and welcoming.

04/09/2026: Just an ordinary betting shop. It's a shame it's not open all day, since it's the only one. But the welcome was quite friendly. And they served us some snacks. A bit of decoration wouldn't hurt to make it feel more comfortable.

18/08/2026: The owner brushed me off when all I wanted was to use the restroom... The bar was empty and he curtly told me, "It's for the customers." Great atmosphere...

18/08/2026: I'm extremely disappointed. I used to order Charlotte pizzas, but this time I got a pizza that was crispier than a cracker. How can you mess up a simple cheese pizza? Besides, as many have noticed, your pizzas are getting thinner and thinner. We came here expecting thin pizzas, and instead we got overcooked wraps instead of pizzas. This was my last time here.

15/08/2026: I've been going to Charlotte's pizza place at least once a week since we arrived in Tarbes in February. Never disappointed, with a wide selection and great punctuality. Plus, the crust is thin and the ingredients are excellent. I recommend this pizzeria to everyone. Well done!

14/04/2026: Two friends and I went to eat lunch together. The pizzas were overcooked and the sauce was bland. For dessert, we had profiteroles, but the choux pastry wasn't good, there was no chocolate sauce, and it tasted like it had been frozen. It's a shame, because it used to be a very good restaurant.

17/09/2026: I usually recommend good places, but I think it's also important to point out really bad experiences. I'm a food content creator, and I regularly review restaurants, bars, and other establishments to share my favorite spots with my community. So, I've had my fair share of experiences… but I'd never encountered anything like this. I ordered a glass of Côtes-de-Provence red wine, which was served warm. I simply pointed out to the waiter, with a smile, that red wine from our region is usually served around 15 to 18°C, and I simply asked if he had a cooler one. Instead of simply responding to my request, the waiter stood his ground and insisted that, in any case, he did what he wanted in his bar, that if he wanted to serve mulled wine, he would serve it hot, and that if we weren't happy, we could go somewhere else. From that point on, his attitude became particularly ironic and unpleasant. No discussion was possible, no attempt was made to understand a simple, non-aggressive remark. He clearly made us want to leave, all while laughing at the situation. It was so surreal it felt like a comedy sketch. I had never seen a waiter respond to customers like that for such a trivial comment. When you go to a restaurant, especially on the coast, you pay for both the quality of the food and the service. Unfortunately, that evening, neither was present. As a food writer who spends his time discovering and testing establishments, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a treatment. martial_blin

15/07/2026: The waiter or the owner… is simply arrogant and unpleasant. It completely ruined our experience. We even apologized for being there 😒. I strongly advise against going… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

For the price, no receipt, table on the side, anyway, we paid and left to have a drink somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money 🥴😞 AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it's a shame, only the location is decent 🤣🤣🤣🤣 NEVER AGAIN

26/08/2026: It's alright. The service is a bit slow and unfriendly, but that's not the main point. No desserts available, unbelievable, yet that's exactly what happened that lunchtime. The ribeye steak was undercooked, and the fries were good but not great. You get what you pay for, and even then...
