06/11/2024: Los tesoros a menudo se encuentran en los lugares más improbables. La pizzería Gino and Cindy's es un lugar pequeño, sobre todo (pero no solo) para llevar en la carretera en Ollioules, en los suburbios de Toulon. Para ser honesto, no llegué para el paisaje, pero guiado por los elogios de Google y Tripadvisor y desde el momento en que pasé por la puerta principal, la sonrisa de Cindy (Gino llevaba mascarilla) dio la razón. Gino y su hermana Cindy son un par de propietarios de restaurantes jóvenes, entusiastas y adorables que no solo son amables y clientes - cariñosos, sino también perfeccionistas y profesionales minuciosos. Desde hace tres años, han estado construyendo su oreja-a-boca éxito a través de la prueba cuidadosa y la selección de los ingredientes finales de primera compra de Italia (son de ascendencia italiana) y a través del refinamiento paciente de su técnica. Y sus charlas de pizza, a la par con lo mejor que he disfrutado en Genova, Italia, hace unos años. Nada súper elegante o uno mismo - importante: los fundamentos, dominados a la perfección sobre una veintena de recetas diferentes. Y un verdadero momento de autenticidad, en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. No comas su pizza viendo la televisión, ahora eso sería una blasfemia; el mejor lugar para disfrutarlo es probablemente como lo hice yo, en una pequeña mesa allí mientras escuchaba algunos de los secretos de Gino para hacer pizza. Cada vez que vuelva a la zona, seguro que me volverán a ver. ¡Sigan así chicos, están arriba!

13/10/2024: Pizzas d’excellente qualité, cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée, qualité des ingrédients au rendez vous. On sent tout de suite le goût et le savoir faire de la pizzeria. Bref je conseille à fond !

10/05/2024: Really disappointed for the first time I tasted your pizzas, the dough was so thin it looked like a sheet of paper! Zero toppings except nothing on it, and very little and dry cheese...there was nothing to eat on it and no seasoning to avoid I would go back again, there's better!.. .

07/03/2024: The fire special... 🔥🔥🔥 A massacre. Very good pizza dough. Quite well stocked too. I only go to the distributor apart from some rare problems with the credit cards who don't want to say anything at the moment.
