10/12/2024: Customer for a long time, on several occasions significant delays, but tonight will be the last! Order at 6:05 p.m., announced deadline 40 minutes, we call back at 7:15 p.m. and the response is: (it is in the oven and I will call you when the delivery man leaves) At 7:40 p.m. I closed my house gate and the delivery man was there..... No explanation and above all no apology from the person on the phone!!! Pizza requested cut received uncut. Total lack of respect and politeness from this pizzeria. You have just lost a client due to your incompetence!!! Farewell.

Voyez par vous même les assiettes qui vous donnerons l’envie d’y aller j’espère …

15/07/2024: Prestation médiocre. Nous avions réservé pour deux personnes un samedi soir à 21 h 45 (fin de séance cinéma). Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure. Il y avait encore quelques personnes dans le restaurant. Nous avions l'impression de déranger ! La serveuse est venue nous demander ce que nous voulions boire à peine installés sur une table ronde collée quasiment à une autre table (nous avons été obligés de la déplacer pour plus d'aisance). Nous avons ensuite commandé des pizzas. J'ai demandé une pizza pas trop blanche, elle est arrivée presque brulée et toute sèche. Dommage ! Puis, le personnel faisait le ménage dans le restaurant, autour des tables, c'était vraiment limite, il tapait les balais fort contre le sol !! Nous sommes restés 1 heure au total pour boire un apéro, manger notre pizza et notre dessert. Le tarif est bien trop élevé pour un repas aussi rapide !! Si l'horaire de réservation était trop tardif, il aurait fallu nous le signifier avant notre arrivée, car nous avons vraiment l'impression d'avoir été expédiés et indésirés ! Mauvaise expérience et déception !!

31/08/2024: A little disappointed, a parmesan pizza without arugula (visibly forgotten), 20 minutes late on the announced time but above all a jaded and tired reception/cash desk hostess who complains openly and who addresses the customers of an uncommercial manner, an embarrassing moment for us..

29/06/2024: I put 1 star because I have no choice normally I give zero it's a food truck run by incompetent students, I took a small Texan pizza for the price of 10€50 it was disgusting without lie the spicy oil it doesn't even sting I had a 26 cm pizza for 4 slices the ingredients are frozen really everything is frozen really don't go there boom pizza it's luxury compared to this old van I have had very bad food poisoning

19/06/2024: I recently discovered the Pizza Maestro takeaway kiosk in Basso Cambo, and I'm excited to share my experience. First of all, the quality of the pizzas is exceptional. The dough is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I tasted several varieties, and each one was delicious, with a special mention for the Margherita and the Quattro Fromaggi. The service is also impeccable. The staff is welcoming, smiling and always ready to advise on the choice of pizzas. The speed of the service is worth highlighting, ideal for a lunch break or a dinner at home. Despite the fact that it is a takeaway kiosk, the quality of the pizzas has nothing to envy of restaurants. The prices are reasonable, especially given the quality of the dishes offered. In summary, Pizza Maestro in Basso Cambo is a must for lovers of good pizza in Toulouse. I highly recommend ordering and trying their delicious pizzas!
