13/10/2025: We got a lousy cappuccino and an overly sweet crepe (ordered without sugar).
The price on the board said the cappuccino was 2.5, but we ended up paying 3.7. The 2.5 was supposed to be for takeaway, but it wasn't really clear, and no one was getting coffee to go. Intentional misinformation.

If you appreciate real, good food, steer clear. In this restaurant, only quantity matters! And the (rather eccentric) manager tells us they're semi-gastronomic…
The service is catastrophic: 40 minutes before they even take your order and another 40 minutes to be served.
Not to mention the price of the dishes!! Two main courses and two aperitifs: €85. For pasta?
Are you serious?
In short, a complete disappointment; we won't be back.

The pizzas are also great. Don't hesitate to try the homemade tiramisu. Excellent and generous.

I discovered this pizzeria recently, and it’s a real gem! 🍕 The pizzas are simply delicious. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, you really feel the quality in every bite.
The service is just as exceptional: the team is welcoming, warm and always ready to advise on the house's specialties. It feels like home!
If you are looking for an authentic pizzeria with excellent value for money, look no further. I will definitely come back!

Before knowing about VIP (Viva Italian Pizza) I thought I had reached my ceiling with a few good addresses.
VIP has now become my requirement!

Des menus sympas et à des prix abordables. Tout comme la carte, boissons comprises.
Très fréquenté. Donc réservation obligée dès qu’on est un groupe pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

The little brown ravili and the homemade stuffed rum baba, it's a moment of pure pleasure.....I highly recommend it's a place, reserved it's olus on...The boss Sandra Italiane will welcome you with attention and kindness.

Le personnel est vraiment agréable et le service était rapide. Les pizzas étaient excellente et les prix assez raisonnables!

Very rude service as we were separated and dealt like second-class citizens, you don't throw the bill like we owe you money
The food is not horrible but clearly not fresh and worth the price which is just lukewarm when served

16/09/2024: The service was terrible. I went there with my boyfriend on a Monday evening on our first evening in Arles, and we clearly saw a distinction between where they place the people they consider to be of good class (inside) and where they put the others (outside when the weather was chilly), giving the excuse that all the indoor tables were reserved while the restaurant remained almost empty even when we went out. They assumed that we didn't speak French even though I had just spoken French to them, the waiter slapped us with the bill without stopping at the end, and so on. When it comes to food, my plate was borderline warm/cold when it arrived and only the fondant was good. Honestly, no matter your ethnicity, go spend your money elsewhere.
