30/06/2026: First order and it was perfect! The pizzas were excellent, with great toppings and a truly delicious crust. The delivery was top-notch, right on time, and the driver was very polite and professional! I would definitely recommend them; everyone loved them.

24/06/2026: The pizzas are good. Although the cheese was missing from two of them (out of the three pizzas ordered). It's a shame the service isn't up to par. We called an hour beforehand to order pizzas for 8 pm. The person on the phone pressured us into picking them up instead of the delivery we wanted. Fine, we weren't far away. However, when we arrived at 8 pm, the pizzas weren't even ready to go in the oven… a 30-minute wait in the blazing sun on a roundabout. Which didn't stop them from serving everyone who arrived after us… I recommend insisting on delivery; that way, you can at least have a drink while you wait!

04/07/2026: Ordered 3 pizzas tonight: absolutely delicious! Having lived in Italy for two years, we're quite particular about pizza quality. At Pizzas du Cengle, the dough is fantastic. The toppings are generous. Original recipes. Chicken curry. The minced beef pizza is incredible. The Italian sausage pizza is flavorful. And the staff is really friendly! I highly recommend it!

01/07/2026: Wow. This place was very good. I had the roasted vegetable plate which was filled with interesting flavor combinations. I also had the bolognese lasagna which was absolutely to die for—super rich and flavorful—some of the best lasagna I’ve ever had! The service was very friendly and attentive as well. I would highly recommend!

05/05/2026: I ordered a "cannibal pizza plus egg" today. It was far too greasy, the egg was completely undercooked, smelled suspicious, and tasted awful. The owner was unfriendly when I called to simply point out that all their products were fresh and that I could come and see for myself. There was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and they ended up telling me not to order from them again. They're not customer-oriented; mistakes happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

27/06/2026: Enjoyed a wonderfully light set menu in the sweltering heat. The main course was excellent: breaded fish with a superb salad Niçoise. The dessert, apricot semifreddo, was truly delicious. It's clear that they cook with great care and attention for gourmets here.

09/06/2026: Don Peppone is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. I've been coming here since I was little with my parents, and today I have the pleasure of returning with my husband. The pizzas are simply exceptional, the best I've ever eaten, and in my opinion, they remain unsurpassed. The quality is consistently excellent, year after year. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. 21/06/2026: Very good pizza today, I went, what a shame the person making the pizza said it was a cream base and sent it to the shelf above him and then he complained to the person who took my order, the poor thing, she noted it down, he didn't even take responsibility for his mistake and on top of that I asked for a 5 cheese and didn't even get the 5 cheeses, frankly very disappointed with the person making the pizzas.

17/02/2026: A lovely pizzeria in the heart of Saint-Émilion, nestled among the medieval streets. On the menu: Southwestern salad, whole duck breasts, baked eggs, chocolate mousse, and red berry panna cotta. All the dishes and desserts were excellent. I highly recommend it. Good value for money.

11/02/2026: Excellent meal, great welcome and atmosphere. 4 stars for the food because there's always room for improvement, lol. No complaints whatsoever: generous portions, lovely presentation, homemade with quality ingredients. I was even given a little box to take home the leftover pizza I couldn't finish. As for the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), it was a real treat with a choice of several drinks, including cappuccino. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return when we're back in your region. We'll be giving the address to friends and family. P.S.: The grotto is an enchanting escape.

24/06/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes, the setting is simple, but the owners are lovely, and above all, their pizzas are excellent: thin crust, wood-fired, fresh ingredients. It's our go-to spot, and we recommend it 100%!

17/06/2026: A great little spot we stumbled upon. A warm welcome, good humor, and kindness throughout. The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect. All it needed was a little Neapolitan music playing in the background, and we'd have felt like we were actually there. Highly recommend if you're ever in the area 😉
