14/07/2026: Simply the best pizza in Charenton. Right next to the Bois de Vincennes, a 5-minute walk from the metro, a warm welcome and authentic pizzas. They also do takeaway, which is a great option. The price is a bit high if you order a full meal—alcohol, appetizers, dessert, etc.—but it's still very good value for money. Update March 2025: Tonino has unfortunately sold his restaurant. The new owners are working to reopen it; it will still be a pizzeria, but we don't know if the chef will be the same. We do know they're super cool; they're the owners of Le Refuge restaurant a little further up the same street. They're lovely and professional. To be continued... Update July 2026: Same chef, still just as good! It's a go, you can go.

09/07/2026: As an Italian who knows the chain, I can only confirm the quality of the piadina ingredients. The staff (especially the brunette with long hair) was very courteous and friendly, even though I had a bit of a mix-up with my order and my French. As is always the case at a piadina shop, since they prepare and cut everything fresh, it takes a little longer.

12/05/2026: Hello, I wanted to commend the entire team. We are a family with a child under 3 years old and an 8-month-old baby. The staff was welcoming and caring. We had a wonderful family experience, and the meal was delicious. Our baby loved the homemade purée and compote. A big thank you to everyone.

01/07/2026: Delicious cannelloni. And the best lasagna we've ever had in a restaurant. The owner is lovely, and there's a nice shaded terrace. One of the best meals of our trip, totally unexpected since we were there in the early afternoon! Even the decaf was particularly good.

16/07/2026: 1) Cash only. In 2026. I guess tax is still optional in France. 2) We came as a group of 4. One person had already eaten and only wanted coffee and dessert. This is not allowed, you MUST order a main of value over 13 euros. Despite the fact the rest of us wanted to order 3 courses each (instead we left), and the restaurant being nearly empty.

I want to write to you that I ate pasta carbonara with my family, pasta with chicken, Margherita pizza, Calzone pizza and rustica pizza. All were very, very tasty and fresh. Pizza with Nutella and tiramisu I ordered for dessert. And the dessert was wonderful! The service was very fast. We recommend with all confidence that everything was superlative. We are tourists and we got the location from google.
