13/04/2026: We come from time to time and are never disappointed! The atmosphere is refined and chic, and the staff is pleasant and professional. On sunny days, the restaurant offers a lovely hidden terrace in the inner courtyard. An Italian menu just the way we like it, accompanied by a fine selection of wines that pair perfectly with the delicious cuisine. A wonderful place in old Périgueux, a stone's throw from the basilica.

21/08/2026: A horrible experience. A Sunday lunchtime infested with flies and wasps on the buffet. Nothing was covered, and nobody cared! In short, avoid it. Very expensive for what it is, and not amazing.

08/08/2026: We had lunch there as a family of 20. Everything was perfect! The terrace, the staff, the varied menu, the quality and presentation of the dishes—we were all won over. Honestly, bravo! And what can I say about the wine list! A truly exceptional selection that will leave you dreaming! The owner must be a passionate wine enthusiast in addition to being an excellent chef. Don't hesitate: go!

24/07/2026: We had lunch on the terrace, the service was quick (during a business lunch break), and our waitress Amira was fantastic: attentive to our needs and very friendly. I recommend this restaurant.

22/07/2026: Disappointing We went as a group of four this evening expecting a good meal. The service was pleasant and the setting was nice too. Regarding the food, a huge disappointment overall. Cold dishes... for €25 for pasta, that's a shame. The rest of the dishes were the same. These things happen... We informed the servers and management. On to dessert... another failure: a chocolate fondant that resembled a brownie because it was completely overcooked. No compensation was offered. I find it more than unacceptable to use the excuse that the chef is new. I don't come here to pay for your staff's training. Unprofessional and unfriendly. We will not be returning.

15/07/2026: We ordered five Regina pizzas: they were inconsistent, and four out of five weren't visually appealing. None of them were good. One of the pasta dishes was different from what was served on our last visit in June. The menu has been reduced; we really get the impression that the establishment was trying to cut costs at the expense of quality, and/or that the kitchen staff is struggling.

02/09/2026: If you're looking for a unique setting, excellent cuisine with great taste, and a friendly welcome, Borgo Delle Tovaglie is the place to be. There's plenty of space and room, surrounded by products and items for sale. It's all part of the ambiance! We ate and drank very well. We had a lovely time.

23/08/2026: Staying with Marie and Arnaud, who introduced us to this delightful little restaurant, we were charmed by its setting, warm welcome, and friendly atmosphere. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The service is very friendly. A place worth discovering, and one I will gladly return to as soon as possible. I highly recommend it! 😊 For me, it's a 20 out of 20!

01/08/2026: I've known this restaurant for years. I hadn't been for a long time, and it was a pleasure to return! It's still just as good. The food and pizzas are still delicious and reasonably priced.
