13/05/2026: We had gotten used to and enjoyed (in the past) the pizzas. For some time now, the pizzas haven't been cooked enough, and tonight I even had to finish cooking them in my oven at home! I was even more disappointed after calling back to report it, only to be told they hadn't received any cooking instructions (instructions we emphasize every time we call). Beyond the undercooked pizza, I would have appreciated some consideration, a gesture of goodwill, and a sincere apology. I regret it, but I've decided to go somewhere else.

There's no fuss here: the food is made with heart, and you can taste it from the first bite. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, with perfect dough and high-quality ingredients. But what makes this place truly unique is that everything is prepared by the grandparents… and that makes all the difference! You can feel the expertise, the passion, and the recipes passed down with love. It's simple: you feel like you're a guest in their home. The welcome is exceptionally kind, warm, and genuine. You leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face. An authentic place we absolutely love—go for it without hesitation!

10/04/2026: We booked Pinocchio for a birthday celebration with a group of 20 (9 adults and 11 kids), and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The restaurant was incredibly accommodating, with a lovely, quaint atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were seated upstairs at 6pm, and it was very bright—so much so that sunglasses were needed as there was no awning—but once the sun goes down, this isn’t an issue. The food was outstanding—fresh, homemade pasta and delicious pizzas that everyone enjoyed. A special mention goes to our waitress, who was absolutely brilliant. She managed our large group single-handedly with patience and professionalism, even as the kids kept changing their orders! We had one of the best evenings and are so grateful to the entire team at Pinocchio for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: Passing through Evian for a three-day weekend to celebrate my birthday, we were warmly welcomed by Santa. We have nothing but praise for the hotel; we will definitely be back! I highly recommend it. Just one small point: there is no parking reserved for the hotel. We were lucky to find it was a completely free weekend, with parking available in town.

03/05/2026: Nice little hotel in a great location on the waterfront and great if you arrive from the ferry as it’s just across the street. The service at the front desk is top notch and very helpful, I always felt welcomed when I came back and even in the morning the receptionist would always come by and greet me while I was getting breakfast. The rooms and the view are great as well. Would happily book again.

29/04/2026: Mixed feelings about this pizzeria. The pizza chef wasn't very friendly; we felt a bit like we were bothering him. As for the pizzas, the definitely positive point is the price, which is very affordable. However, the quality is rather average: the pizzas are quite greasy and the crust is a bit heavy. In the end, I was quite disappointed, although this is somewhat understandable given the prices. Give it a try if you're looking for something cheap, but don't expect exceptional pizzas.
