06/03/2026: La Flamme Gourmande is much more than a pizzeria; it's a very good restaurant, sometimes almost bistronomic, offering a variety of very high-quality dishes: foie gras, Périgord salad, ribeye steak, burgers... pizzas, everything is excellent... The setting is truly pleasant, comfortable, and cozy, and the service is professional and friendly. A sure bet in the region; reservations are recommended. Update March 2025: Slightly down, exterior not very clean, broken chair on the terrace, but the food is still very good and the service is very professional.

27/02/2026: A wonderful discovery this evening for our last night in the Vosges. A beautiful and delicious restaurant; all nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and great food. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it.

10/03/2026: A small restaurant in the heart of Saint-Tropez, tucked away on a charming little alley. A wonderful discovery! The vitello we shared was delicious, both in terms of quality and quantity. The veal escalope was perfectly crispy, the flavors were perfect, and the portion was generous. The caccio e pepe was a delight; the homemade fresh pasta made all the difference, the cooking was perfect, the Parmesan was mild, and the pepper was perfectly balanced. You know, those kinds of dishes where you think you've finished eating them, but you keep picking at them like a guilty pleasure. A big thank you to Aymeric for his warm welcome, his service, his smile, and his delicious dishes. We will gladly return!

29/03/2026: Terrible experience! The waitress Marguerita was lost and unpleasant when we asked her for service. The food was cold and the table service was completely inefficient!

10/02/2026: We came for dinner and had a very good meal. The dishes were beautifully presented, both the main course and dessert. However, the problem was the wait. We arrived at 8:30 pm and didn't start eating until 9:30 pm. Then, while we were waiting to order dessert, the waitress was drinking her beer behind the counter. As a result, we left the restaurant very late.

18/03/2026: Excellent quality pizzas made with quality ingredients! Orders are always delivered on time, which is quite an achievement in the restaurant business! There's a loyalty program, and on Tuesdays, prices are reduced. Well done and thank you!
