07/05/2025: Customer for several years, never disappointed. The fries have been much better for some time and the beef burgers are delicious! I recommend! Top value for money

27/04/2025: 1 time again I am disappointed today to be sure of not having an error I made a small order.. I never put an opinion but this is too much!! Even on 1 Large Fry at €4.50 he manages to cheat and put a small Fry. But when he cashes in he's not wrong!! They are thieves. Establishment to flee!! I hope you will close because there is nothing professional in this establishment...

03/08/2024: Lunar.. we were used to it but it’s over. When we arrived home, the fries were full of oil, the tray had become translucent and the fries were mush. We returned to the place to ask for this to be changed, the 3 employees were angry, “it’s the potato that is like that” We explained that it was inedible, the employee shouted at me, asking me what I didn't understand in what he had just said. So I asked for a refund, trying not to get upset, and one of the girls protested, saying that they were overwhelmed and that they couldn't make it.. I replied that it wouldn't work. It wasn't our problem and the third one started shouting "but I'm going to freak out, she's crazy, I'm going to freak out" The boss arrived and reimbursed us, admitting that there had been a problem, so... thank you for the gesture. However, it is unacceptable that employees allow themselves to speak to customers in this way. Apparently your cooks do not have the basics of education and commerce! It would be time to teach them because this is not the first time that there have been excesses, regularly during the wait we hear them complain and proclaim loudly and clearly that they are “fed up” that “this pisses off.” Not great for your image!

01/08/2024: Good morning The restaurant part is perhaps good? but the chip shop needs to be reviewed €18.10 for two fries, one small, one large and an overpriced American kebab the quality is mediocre, mashed and black fries and much overcooked full of oil putting this price for quality still passes but the quality is not there I do not recommend the chip shop at all!! Good day

17/09/2024: We spent 3 days in the hotel located next to this restaurant And we went to eat there every day for our midday meals Friendly, smiling and pleasant staff The dishes are good, plentiful and fresh Great value for money I recommend

05/12/2024: Je suis venue ce jour le 05/12/2024 à 9h00 Pour prendre des croissants et pain au chocolat et au moment de demander une baguette il y en a plus il y en auras que dans 30 minutes alors je trouve ça inadmissible dans une grande enseigne, comme celle-ci ne pas avoir de baguette à 9h du matin sachant que c’est pas la première fois franchement je n’y mettrai plus les pieds je vais bien vous faire de la pub mais pas dans le bon sens

20/09/2024: Unfortunately very far from a 4 star or a hotel in general. Impossible to sleep with unbearable heat in the room despite a cool temperature outside. In the bathroom, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower or sink. No consideration of this return by the receptionist.

18/09/2024: What a drama. 4 stars ? No way. Bed was a disaster. Round as a barrel. Very noisy and small. Breakfast was very sad. No eggs or decent sandwich. There were 4 buckets in the breakfast room, leakage. Furthermore, it is warm and stuffy in the room. There may be a fan on top of the minibar (on the floor), but that does not provide fresh air. The staff is very friendly, but that does not outweigh this simple hotel that really deserves a maximum of 2 stars. This was once but never again.

30/07/2024: This is the Aussie pub in vieux lille every local ( younger locals ) hang out for apéro. Apérols are on happy hour and everything works well except the toilets are super filthy and that too when it’s not a Saturday late night. More hygiene would be appreciated. The bartenders can choose to ignore you so go to order at the bar

10/10/2024: A basic chip shop is a place we go when we don't have time to my great regret 3 people in front of me 1 hour wait. Very long! The bread is not fresh.. And kindness let's not talk about it.. Think twice before going unless you have your time
