21/05/2026: I gave my grandmother a gift certificate to discover the new open-air café in Neuvilly. The buffet was generous, beautiful, and delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic with the singer Sacha. My grandmother told me that thanks to Sacha, she was able to relive a part of her youth. Thank you, Sacha! A wonderful day; we'll gladly come back.

28/04/2026: The restaurant is closed on weekends, so be aware! Breakfast is basic and sometimes not very fresh. The room was almost clean, but there was hair on the bed and the bathroom had mold. Otherwise, the receptionist was great! However, the room key was deactivated the very next morning, even though we could have stayed until noon.

26/04/2026: Our second stay was just as enjoyable. However, there were two minor issues. A broken ceiling tile in the room and the breakfast was poorly replenished (even though there were only eight of us in the restaurant, there were no more omelets, ham, sausages, sliced ​​cheese, oranges for juice, napkins, and an empty jam jar). During our first visit, the service had been impeccable. We won't hold it against them and will return, hoping it was just a temporary problem.

30/07/2026: Horrible! No other words. One star because I have to, otherwise it deserves zero. It's 1:00 PM: I went to the drive-thru today because I was in a bit of a hurry given the time (I'm coming from the doctor). There was only one other car and me, so no one else was there, I should point out. I placed my order, everything went smoothly. When I got to the first drive-thru window, I asked if I could add a Big Mac meal to my order. The woman said yes, so I told her that was very kind, otherwise, too bad for me. Except the meal I added wasn't the right one. So I was told to wait in the drive-thru waiting area and that it would be there. After a while, still nothing. So I decided to get out of my car and go to the drive-thru window. I should mention again, there was no one there. I managed, with some difficulty, to check my receipt on the McDonald's app since they don't give you a receipt if you don't remember to ask for it. He told me to go inside, which is starting to get on my nerves because the reason I go to the drive-thru is to get there quickly and not have to go inside. Plus, once I got inside, everyone was busy, which is fine, but everyone saw me and no one came to help me. So, back to square one, we waited again. Until finally, someone decided to call the manager, who, without any problem, remade the entire hot order because it was going to get cold anyway. And then, no apology whatsoever, which is almost expected. The service was terrible, not inviting at all; what they call "SBAME" (Smart, Smart, and Easy) needs improvement. Anyway, I left; it was 1:30 PM. For a fast-food restaurant, 30 minutes is a bit much. Furthermore, when I got home and opened my Big Mac, I don't know if you've changed staff, but perhaps you need some training on how to cook properly. Eating a burnt bun isn't very pleasant. When the young manager was there, it was very pleasant to go to McDonald's because he was kind, smiling, and welcoming. If we had a problem, he apologized and remade the order with a smile. Mistakes happen, there's no problem with that. Now, it's everything that makes me angry. I used to be a customer who ordered a lot through Deliveroo, and now that I'm going to the drive-thru like I am in a restaurant, you won't see me again. That's it. I prefer going to Wattrelos; they're much more pleasant and listen to orders properly.

22/06/2026: I first came here for drinks, then to work later, and now I enjoy it whenever I'm in Lille! Fantastic bar, great selection of drinks, friendly owners, efficient servers, a big thank you to Zoé and her cheerful disposition! I highly recommend it!

28/06/2026: A bit disappointed with Pata Pata last night. We ordered, and they didn't even ask me if I wanted raw vegetables. In the end, I got home with a roll... a fricadelle! Very little sauce... practically none. And that's it! (See photo) Disappointed, and the fries weren't great either. Not sure I'll go back.

11/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. Especially because I didn't eat there. As soon as we arrived, nobody acknowledged us. A young woman was baking bread; she didn't even look up. When she finally did acknowledge us, she told us to wait for the waitress... Anyway, we left; it was noon.

10/08/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant, the waiter forgot to bring us bread, and the food was frankly mediocre, clearly from the supermarket. The bread was decent enough, but that was the only redeeming feature. I do not recommend it; very poor value for money.

22/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise to discover this restaurant. They offer Northern specialties, but also a selection of other dishes, all equally varied and generous, to satisfy every palate. Coming from the South, it's often difficult to choose where to spend a pleasant meal with family. Our "chance" find was matched only by the satisfaction of a chef who knows his craft, as well as the warm welcome from his wife and the waiter. We will definitely be back.
