09/05/2026: I was with my coworker going to eat at Flam. Strangely, the cash registers were jammed, we waited quite a while, we were extremely hungry, it was a difficult day. That's today's date.

05/05/2026: Overall, a pretty good experience. The kitchens are top-notch and the staff is genuinely friendly, which is a real pleasure. A minor drawback regarding the food: the fried items were overcooked and the selection is rather limited. The cashier was adequate, nothing more. It's also a shame about the mashed potatoes, which I specifically came for and which are unfortunately no longer available. A good experience overall, but with a few areas for improvement.

09/04/2026: Honestly, a very bad experience. I went to eat at this kebab shop and was really disappointed… The meat didn't taste good, the ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the hygiene was clearly lacking. As a result, I got sick after eating there. It's unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it; avoid it if you value your health.

03/02/2026: Extremely disappointing, a disastrous experience. Dishes were served after 2 hours and 10 minutes and were of very low quality, with exorbitant prices compared to what was actually on the plate.

01/02/2026: What can I say... the team has changed, and even though the welcome is friendly, the place is completely different. Aux Éphérites was long among the top 10 restaurants in Lille: a great selection of wines, bold and original cuisine... But unfortunately, that was then... There's practically nothing on the menu, the food is bland, and the service is awkward... The owner did offer us drinks, admittedly on his own initiative, but it's not the same at all. We were a bit disappointed because we were used to the previous version, and it's clear that the place is no longer worth the trip.

02/04/2026: We've been here often in the past, but the more time passes, the worse it gets. The portions of fries are getting smaller and smaller. They still don't accept credit cards, honestly, in 2026... And the son in the kitchen is worse than unpleasant.

18/04/2026: We came for a drink on April 17th. We were shown inside to be seated. We waited almost 10 minutes. No one said hello, no one seated us. So we went across the street to have a drink. I think you should fire your employees because if they do this to a lot of people, you're going to lose customers.

09/04/2026: Extremely slow table service, and apparently no way to order directly at the bar when seated on the terrace. No atmosphere and a truly unwelcoming hospitality. This is not a bar for sharing drinks with a group of friends…

20/04/2026: I am not a customer of your company. And given the behavior of your drivers, I will not become one in the future. On the Gravelines road in Grand-Fort-Philippe, one evening around 7:30 pm, the driver overtook me and the car in front of me at high speed at the intersection near the car wash. This is very dangerous and inappropriate behavior on a public road. I therefore advise you to report it to them.

12/04/2026: I'm only giving a rating because I don't understand the bad reviews and the 3.2 rating, which I don't think is justified. We order often and we're never disappointed. Yesterday we had the Wissant shortbread, it was simply delicious. When something is good, it's important to say so.

05/05/2026: Poorly served/cut the bread without gloves/dry, hard, and rubbery bread. There was nothing in my sandwich; I just found paper stuck to it. I only got three pieces of carrot, not enough to feed anyone. The service was terrible. The person who served us was a blonde woman wearing a cap. The service and staff need to be reviewed. She only gave me half my money back, missing 0.06 cents.

10/12/2025: Avoid at all costs. Appalling hygiene. The sandwich was prepared in front of me without gloves, with unwashed hands, and with Brazilian bracelets lying around in the salad and tomatoes. Disgusting.
