19/05/2026: We showed up for the all-you-can-eat couscous on Tuesday evening and were told it was cancelled because they were out of merguez sausages! Auchan sells merguez sausages! False advertising!

16/05/2026: Tonight we witnessed a complete loss of composure from the manager, I imagine "Sam." There were a few people at the register, but no one was complaining; everyone was patient. But then this man arrived, acted aggressively towards the young cashier, and said to him in front of everyone, "And you're studying?" I think this "Sam" man should take the time to study management himself. His behavior was appalling, both as customers and as human beings. The stares exchanged between customers were mentioned, as was the shock of his outburst.

24/03/2026: I've rarely seen such an unpleasant shopkeeper, it's unbelievable!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this is so outrageous that I had to. Anyway, first and last visit. I came with my husband, and we didn't disrespect you or anything. You're just like that, that's all!! Borderline aggressive. You only have to look at the comments to understand. Strangely enough, when you get a negative comment, you always say you're not there to be insulted!! We asked for a sauce in the bread, and you replied that you couldn't guarantee it because it's automatic and that you always put this one in. There were two people there, then two more arrived, so it wasn't exactly packed. It's not just that, it's the "service," the atmosphere, everything, in fact, nothing is right.

27/02/2026: Very disappointed with the service; the staff were very cold. My order was disappointing; I asked for a sandwich with raw vegetables and didn't receive it. There was no conversation, really unprofessional. It doesn't surprise me that there was no one inside. A shame for the town of St Saulve.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

28/06/2026: This restaurant is a disaster. They made a mistake with the order: they forgot the hamburger from the menu and refused to complete it. You're dealing with a 19-year-old manager who tells you to file a complaint to get a refund! Otherwise, why not just give me the missing item I paid for? Unacceptable! Not only are the employees incapable of doing their jobs properly, but they're also managed by an incompetent person! So, it's not surprising at all. Avoid this restaurant.

03/05/2026: With McDonald's, there aren't many surprises; you know what you're getting. However, regarding the service this evening, May 3rd, out of the three takeout meals I ordered, two of my drinks were incorrect. This was quite disappointing.

03/05/2026: We were with friends waiting for a friend who was due to arrive in 15 minutes. There was no one inside, and we were asked to leave. We were about to order, of course. The employee was very disrespectful. I'm disappointed; I won't be going back there.

20/05/2026: Why is it that every time we decide to get McDonald's at the drive-thru, it's always the same story? Arrived at the drive-thru at 6:45 PM, left at 7:05 PM… Not so "fast" for a fast-food restaurant. "Get in seat 2…" Ugh. Luckily, for once, our order was complete, except for the ice cubes… which we hadn't asked for.

17/05/2026: A 30-minute wait for overcooked, yet cold, fries. Our order wasn't finished, no sauces, no games, no dessert. Appalling service, a disastrous welcome, and all this in a restaurant where there were maybe 10 people. Overflowing trash cans, a floor as slippery as an ice rink, but we still had fun sliding around on the chairs. Special mention for the atmosphere, thanks to Vero's birthday! Happy birthday! I won't be back, except maybe with Vero!

28/04/2026: I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time. I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm. Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

01/07/2026: I waited significantly longer than anyone else and wasn't even offered any compensation, despite only asking for a replacement World Cup glass as compensation, since I didn't like the design.

29/06/2026: An interminable wait despite there being very few people. We were served in dribs and drabs. The waiter warned us we'd have to wait for the pastries because the available batch was inedible. Once our coffee had cooled down, we finally received the bread and pastries. Another disappointment: the bread was completely stale. Unacceptable 😡

27/06/2026: A very bad experience. The prices are extremely high, which naturally leads one to expect that the quality of the food and service will be up to par. Unfortunately, this was not the case. From the moment we ordered, the waiter was unable to take our order in full and had to ask a colleague to take over. This lack of competence made for a very poor first impression. Regarding the food, I ordered French toast which arrived badly burnt, to the point that I couldn't finish it. Furthermore, the bread didn't seem fresh, which is particularly disappointing for such a simple dish, especially considering the price. The value for money is very disappointing. At this price point, one expects fresh ingredients, expertly cooked food, and impeccable service. Unfortunately, my experience failed to meet any of these expectations. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this establishment.

20/05/2026: The staff were very friendly. The manager was approachable and attentive. We enjoyed a very good coffee. We recommend this establishment.

19/05/2026: I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I understand that mistakes can happen, but in your case, it's becoming far too frequent for my liking. The latest example: we ordered double cheeseburgers, and when we got home, we received single cheeseburgers… for almost double the price. I contacted you with proof and photos via Facebook and Instagram. You asked for my phone number… but since then, nothing. It's all well and good to respond to customer messages, but you need to follow through. We paid for a defective product, and there was absolutely no follow-up. Customer satisfaction isn't your strong suit 👎🏻
