07/04/2026: Small rooms, but clean and warm. Delicious breakfasts, although the selection was very limited, but what was available was good. Large, spacious parking. A downside: poor room lighting.

11/07/2026: I got takeaway food and was very surprised by the incredible welcome from the waiters, very kind, and the food was great!

07/05/2026: Aside from the fried rice, the food was mediocre. The chicken smelled like fish, and the caramel sauce on the ribs was actually sugar fried with the ribs. It was all frozen. First time I haven't finished Chinese food. The hygiene was extremely poor. Help!

29/08/2026: We've been going there for over 10 years. It's by far the best all-you-can-eat buffet in the area. It's not quite the same as a proper Chinese restaurant, but the food is generally good, the buffet is always well-stocked, and the selection is huge. Always a great evening. If you're not familiar with the all-you-can-eat buffet concept, give it a try... You'll be back!

27/08/2026: It's a shame the zero-star option isn't available. We went to this restaurant based on the few positive reviews, ignoring the negative ones, but it was the worst experience of our lives. How is it possible to serve such tasteless food? From the appetizer to the dessert, nothing was right. The quality was simply not there. There were even flies buzzing around the food. We were very disappointed.

10/06/2026: Avoid the managers, they are unpleasant and disrespectful, they all started insulting me, simply for saying that I pay by credit card.

05/04/2026: Sunday morning. Needing cigarettes and a good coffee, I stopped by this tobacconist, having never been there before. What a pleasant surprise: a warm welcome from two very polite and courteous people. The coffee on the terrace was perfect. I highly recommend it.

03/10/2026: Excellent ice cream... Especially the salted caramel ice cream!

27/09/2026: I came with my 87-year-old grandmother who struggles to walk with a cane. We ordered our ice creams and went to sit on the terrace, but we were turned away like we were uncouth because we were supposed to order "on-site," something they should have explained to us beforehand. A small exception to the rule, or at least a more civil approach, would have been courteous, given the customer's difficulty. Very disappointed.

24/09/2026: Our go-to pizzeria in the area, whether for delivery or dining in, we've never been disappointed and the welcome is always friendly 😊!

29/08/2026: I just ordered two pizzas. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a wonderful surprise. The pizzas are simply excellent! The little extra touch of truffle seeds in the dough is a real bonus! Seriously, if you have the chance, go!

13/09/2026: After bowling, we wanted to show our children the dancing. Clearly, we weren't welcome. Was it our age? Our background? I don't know. Yet we were in a corner, quiet, introducing our children to the dances of our ancestors. First and last time.

02/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Disappointed by the session organization. We're sold a 10-minute timed session, but in reality, the actual usable track time is significantly less. The timer starts as soon as the first kart leaves the track, even before all the drivers have started. It's easy to lose 30 seconds to a minute of track time simply because of the staggered start. On top of that, the karts are restricted about 30 seconds before the end of the session, and there are other restrictions that can occur during the race. In the end, you pay for 10 minutes, but you don't actually get 10 minutes of full-power driving. I find this disappointing, especially in an activity that should be all about the joy of driving and the spirit of motorsport. A system where each kart's individual timer starts the moment the driver crosses the starting line, and where the session officially ends after 10 minutes of driving, would seem much fairer to me. I leave this comment in the hope that the organization can improve, because the potential is there and the experience could be significantly better with a few adjustments.

13/07/2026: Having home delivery is great. However, there are always stock shortages for quite a few product categories (water, eggs, butter, cat litter, fruits and vegetables, etc.). The prices might be lower, but they still need to have the products you want 😅.

31/05/2026: I'm fed up!!!! I place an order almost every week from a drive-through service, and every time either items are missing, or items are replaced without me being notified. I've also had items with mold on them, and it's not the first time this has happened 🤬

26/08/2026: Delicious Picon and white wine. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were excellent, and the children's menu was perfect. We were greeted by a waitress with a beautiful tattoo along her spine; she was very attentive and pleasant.

17/09/2026: The cashier was rude to my mother, supposedly because she was taking too long? Lol Would she have finished her day faster if she'd been quicker? Is there a time limit? I can't wait until there are self-checkouts everywhere; we'd be treated much better then 🤌

15/09/2026: Rayon poissonnerie à éviter absolument. Poisson rarement frais et les vendeurs sont prêt à vous mentir pourvu qu Magasin ils liquide leurs marchandises périmées. Le reste du magasin est propre et agréable ( si vous évitez le rayon lessive....celui qui mets en rayon est très désagréable avec les clients) Cote conseils au rayon informatique, téléphonie....... : quand vous trouvez un responsable qui trouve le temps pour servir.... vous êtes servi mais ça s arrête la. évitez un certain" Jean Jacques" que vous avez l air de déranger.il vous donne votre achat et basta !!!! Après, c est a vous de vous débrouiller. Quelques caissières mal lunée parfois mais bon 😂

11/08/2026: To be honest, I've never eaten there, I've only had a drink, so I don't know it particularly well, so I can't say much more. But when I went in, it seemed like a good establishment, but the opening hours should be more flexible; they would generate more revenue. I'm just saying this for their benefit, but they can do as they please.

12/08/2026: It was good (the skip-the-use option), but I found the portions small compared to other chip shops in the area. However, I'm sorry, but it's unacceptable for a business these days to refuse credit cards (even if "there's an ATM nearby"). It's a shame because I would have ordered more otherwise (not enough cash), and I won't be back.

20/06/2026: I've been to this bakery several times. Despite the often dirty restrooms, the numerous fruit flies while eating, and what I find disappointing value for money, I kept going back mainly because it was the only bakery in Lille I knew with a space large enough to sit down and work. I should clarify that it's not the price that bothers me: I regularly frequent establishments where the prices are equivalent, or even higher, but where the service is impeccable and the quality of the products fully justifies the price. The impression is that everything is done to cut costs as much as possible, at the expense of service quality and customer comfort. Yesterday, a young woman with light, wavy hair spoke to me in a particularly aggressive and unpleasant manner. At first, I was shocked by the way she spoke to me. After a few seconds, I realized it was the same employee who had spoken to me very inappropriately several months earlier. This time, I decided not to let the situation go and asked her why she was speaking to me that way. Instead of answering, she became even more aggressive. I simply pointed out that the situation was going way too far and that there was clearly a problem with how she spoke to customers. The tone escalated, and she ended up insulting me. Unbelievable. It was impossible to speak to a manager. I do, however, thank Melissa (short, with dark hair), who tried to calm things down and completely understood the problem. She explained that she and the other employee were tired and in the middle of exams. I don't consider that a valid excuse, especially since it was the second time. Many students and young people in France, myself included, work year-round while pursuing their studies, often experiencing fatigue and stress, yet they do not gratuitously disrespect those they serve. Never again.

20/06/2026: First experience eating lunch there. Very good value for money for the sandwich, drink, and dessert deal.

06/09/2026: The people who run this Tabac are both friendly and keen to pour beers. Amusing locals who welcomed the tourists, and it was a good laugh. Toilet was very clean too.

13/08/2026: Iconic PMU in Wambrechies Fast customer service Affordable prices: €3 for an Orangina. No winnings this time with the scratch card. Unfortunately, I'll have to remove a star :/ An experience worth trying at least once
