One person wasn't served, and at the checkout, they had no scruples or apologies; we had to pay for everything. My opinion is terrible and I'm angry after what should have been a relaxing outing. 20/05/2026: Hello everyone, so to sum it up, the tall bartender, missing two teeth and sporting a spider tattoo on his neck, who already looked pretty drunk, came over and told us to "take a bite" while unplugging our darts game, all to keep the party going until 1:15 AM when bars close at 1:00 AM. His attitude needs improvement; it's not the first time this has happened... Not to mention that he refused to serve us, making a slightly homophobic joke as an excuse. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there if he's around... and it would be good if the manager reviewed the bartenders' behavior. Furthermore, I don't think I'm the first reviewer to experience this kind of thing from this infamous "one-toothed" guy from the Phantom Brigade...

30/06/2026: Honestly, the welcome was terrible. The owner throws cigarette butts around the restaurant, the cook is barely smiling, the atmosphere is incredibly tense, there are cockroaches on the walls, the bread rolls are filthy, there are tons of flies, and the owner gets into an argument with the cook in the restaurant over cigarettes. The owner even yells at his child in the restaurant in front of everyone for silly things like, get this, "Hit the autistic kids!" or something like that. Now, let's talk about the food. First of all, you have to wait 40 minutes to be served; second, it arrives completely cold and hard; and third, I've even found hairs in it. When you complain, the staff gets angry. As for the prices, don't even get me started. They charge exorbitant prices, that's all I have to say. I advise you never to set foot in this place.

I added sugar and after stirring, I couldn't believe what I saw in the teacup 😡😡😡 You're filling me with tea from someone else's used and unwashed teacup 😡😡😡 Shameless guy... (I took a picture and saved it.) While I waited for my order in astonishment, I started watching what he was doing next to me, and he continued preparing an order for a delivery person. At that moment, he put his hand to his mouth and tried to open the bag with his saliva 🤮...!!! Also, with his greasy hands, he started touching the kebab bread he was going to make for me 😡😡😡 Shop owner, you are a disgusting person... You have no respect for your job, I am ashamed of you. "Did you ask us when you opened this shop?"!!! First, learn what hygiene is, you disrespectful person... Of course, I couldn't eat the food and I paid the money. Damn it... Change the name of the shop and don't tarnish the name of Ankara.... Disrespectful.

11/07/2026: I think this is one of the worst restaurants you can find in Lille. The food is bland and uninteresting; everything is reheated and freshly microwaved. Not to mention the sweet and sour sauce, which tastes like ketchup diluted with water and sugar. The dishes gave me indigestion, as I don't think they adhere to hygiene standards. I strongly advise against going there.

16/06/2026: I was extremely disappointed. I was greeted by a man on the phone, but just as I was about to be served, he interrupted me to answer a voicemail. There was no salad or mint to accompany the spring rolls. When I got home, the rice was completely dry, as if it had been cooked the day before. I had ordered eight spring rolls, but I only received four. There was no compensation offered for the lack of mint and salad. On top of that, we had to pay extra for the steaming sauces and spring rolls, and the fried rice tasted like soap! I will never go back!

02/10/2025: It's a good thing this restaurant closed its doors. The owner was arrogant and disrespectful to his employees, and it showed in the general atmosphere. The food really left something to be desired, not up to scratch at all. A closure that comes as no surprise to anyone.

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

20/03/2026: Good bakery. Some products are a bit pricey. The snack selection is varied. It's a shame the food isn't heated properly; a hot dog was hot on the outside and cold on the inside.

10/03/2026: Deceptive business practices. Promotions advertised on pastries not applied. Regarding the owner's response: I couldn't tell you, as there was no additional information on the board displaying the promotions when I passed by at 7:30 am (promotions of 10 chocolate croissants or croissants for €6). I made the mistake of coming back to your establishment; lesson learned. Fake promotions, not applied, are displayed to attract customers or encourage consumption; it's simply fraud. Go look at the reviews of your establishment; it's clearly a very common practice...

16/07/2026: No greeting, extra charge for 1 cm of sauce, I find that very serious, Louvroil has a better atmosphere!

19/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria, the pizzas are delicious, especially my favorite, the Colorful Chicken. And everyone is very friendly.
