10/09/2026: I ordered takeout today and waited over 25 minutes for my order even though the restaurant was practically empty. The staff who gave me my order didn't say hello or goodbye, and my order was incomplete (I noticed too late). This isn't the first time this has happened to me at your establishment.

She's a smiling and lovely person, and it truly provided a light and relaxing break in my day, in a bright and comfortable setting. I highly recommend her restaurant.

13/12/2025: Portion sizes need to be reduced considering the price: three pieces of beef bourguignon were barely enough to compete on the plate, and the sautéed potatoes were undercooked and cold. It's a shame because the meat was tender... We left to have dessert elsewhere!

11/07/2026: Bakery that's getting ridiculously expensive... I bought a mini wrap meal for €14.85. I asked them if that was normal, and they said yes. My advice: go to McDonald's.

07/07/2026: I'm very disappointed with the pizzas from this Marie Blachère bakery. They aren't cooked to order but simply reheated, which is immediately noticeable. The crust lacks crispness, the toppings are unevenly lukewarm, and the result is far from a freshly made pizza. For the price, I expected a better quality product. It's a shame, because it feels more like eating a reheated item than a real pizza. I don't think I'll be ordering them again.

05/10/2026: Subway is usually one of my favorite chains, but this experience has definitely cured me of the Roubaix location. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was extremely unpleasant, with the obvious impression that I was bothering the person serving me. But the worst part was the sandwich: stale, hard bread, a ridiculously small amount of meat, and vegetables distributed as if they were rationed. I asked for onions: literally two measly slices. Same story with everything else. Then I asked for a few more olives and chilies: one extra olive and one extra chili. Thanks for this incredible display of generosity. At this point, if I had wanted to eat mostly bread, I would have gone to the bakery and bought a baguette: at least it would have been fresh. I can understand having a bad day. However, making a customer feel like they're bothering them while preparing such a meager sandwich is unacceptable. When you work in the restaurant industry and interact with customers, the bare minimum is to be served and welcomed properly. Very bad experience. Perhaps it's worth reminding customers that they don't come begging for a few olives: they pay for their sandwiches.

30/09/2026: Probably my worst fast food experience ever. Clearly, we were interrupting the staff's personal conversations. No politeness whatsoever, no desire to serve properly. The manager should completely replace the staff at this establishment…

11/05/2026: We were welcomed despite the late hour in the afternoon, and we ate very well: the products are fresh, the dishes are excellent, we will come back with great pleasure!

01/08/2026: Exorbitant prices for pizzas that aren't all that good, with flavors that are sometimes too strong for certain ingredients.

17/09/2026: I had a terrible experience at McDonald's on September 17th. The service was appalling: I only received 8 nuggets out of my order of 9, they gave me BBQ sauce instead of the Chinese sauce I requested, and they completely forgot the napkins. To top it all off, the children's juice was served without a straw, and the tea cup barely had any water left. Paying €20 for this level of carelessness is simply unacceptable. In addition to the disastrous service, the restaurant was extremely dirty. No one was cleaning the tables, and the floors and restrooms were in a disgusting state. A disastrous experience; I won't be going back anytime soon!

17/09/2026: Hygiene at McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Is it too much to ask to put soap in the toilets? You go to the bathroom and you can't even wash your hands after urinating. That means all the customers do the same thing, and to leave the bathroom, everyone touches that disgusting handle and then eats their burger.

13/08/2026: I was here on August 13, 2026. The food is nice, but I won't dwell on that. It's 4 PM, so I understand there's not much work, but at 4:29 PM, an employee had nothing better to do than chase away children who were sitting in front of the establishment (not in front of the steps, they weren't bothering anyone). And this woman had nothing better to do than pour disgusting water where the children were sitting to stop them, laughing all the while. All this so that, in the end, the front of the establishment, including the steps, is filthy (including the smell) and slippery because it's soaked, and I'm not even mentioning the inside, which has become just as disgusting because of the footprints left by this employee. Pathetic. If this is all you have to do when there's no work, frankly, your standards are pretty low. Leave them alone. Talk amongst your colleagues, maybe, but you have better things to do!

11/08/2026: I often come here with my boyfriend for dinner, and we always have a great time thanks to the attentive and friendly staff who take our order. There's a wide selection of food to create delicious combinations and treat yourself. The atmosphere is relaxed, perhaps a little cramped for large groups.
