10/09/2024: If you don't know where to go for an aperitif and eat afterwards, I recommend this place which is located in Bayonne, for my part I really liked this place and I will leave with other people.
30/08/2024: We went to this place because it had the kitchen open a little later than the rest. The service was quite clueless but friendly and what we ordered was good, especially the duck.

26/12/2023: Cuisine insipide et grossière. Le patron est désagréable et nonchalant. Ne supporte aucune critique sur sa piètre cuisine ( à voir ses commentaires sur les avis négatifs parfois injurieux).
Mention particulière pour ses pierrades grossières et sans saveur.
Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout.
Bref c'est le pire restaurant d'Hendaye, on s'étonne de certains commentaires élogieux...

07/11/2024: I have always really appreciated the happiness of anise for the quality and cleanliness of their products as well as the taste. I highly recommend. Plus since they moved, it’s much better organized and a lot more space. It’s very family-friendly. It’s great. Small downside for the cold meat, but I think it's because there were a lot of people that day.
The managers are very friendly and attentive to the customer despite their success.
A small prayer room would have been a real plus in the new premises. And remember to update your address on Instagram, we made a mistake 😅
I can't wait to come back and taste the rest of the menu, thank you to the whole team

09/11/2024: Très agréable découverte ce midi : les chipirons étaient parfaits. Le thon snacké aux deux sésames et sa purée de patate douce et brocolis délicieux ! Serveurs agréables. Je recommande !
20/10/2024: Après une bonne promenade depuis Biarritz, stop déjeuner au restaurant Café Bleu. Jolie terrasse face à l'océan, bien accueilli.
Une carte éclectique, pour tous les goûts. J'ai dégusté la friture d'éperlans, servis avec mayonnaise et salade. En plat principal le tartare de boeuf, belle texture et assaisonnement maîtrisé, servi avec des frites, ces dernières un peu molles.
Un service efficace, aimable et pro. Addition assez chère mais le spot en vaut la peine.

30/07/2024: Lorsque c'est bien et même très bien il faut savoir le dire. Cela a été le cas pour moi. J'y suis resté une semaine pour affaire dans la région de PAU et le séjour a été très agréable. Aucune fausse note sur la prestation proposée, mais bien entendu au niveau de prestation attendu.
Je dois revenir dans la région et c'est très certainement dans cet établissement que je séjournerai de nouveau.
Les 5 étoiles sont parfaitement justifiées. Les critères sont remplis selon la catégorie.
