11/11/2025: Impeccable service; my association and I have rented the reception hall twice for our AGM, and it's been perfect!
02/11/2025: My stay went very well, unfortunately I had to cut it short for medical reasons and return home to recover.
The journey back was long.
It's a shame I couldn't enjoy my last day and night in the Basque Country.

07/12/2025: We loved the place. We ate there both days we were in Laruns. The starters and desserts are highly recommended. The raclette was perhaps a bit heavy and too much of a portion if there are two of you.

All the staff are pleasant, always available, and so friendly.
I go there every day; it's a pleasure.
25/01/2026: We did our shopping at E.Leclerc in Pau, where the prices were attractive and there was a wide selection of fresh produce. We enjoyed the ripe bananas in fruit salads. The creamy, inexpensive natural fruit yogurts were a hit with everyone at home. And the fresh Italian pasta, cooked in 3 minutes with a homemade sauce, was delicious. Regarding the Mercosur meeting on December 21st: when will Michel-Édouard Leclerc stand with French farmers and livestock breeders?

22/01/2026: The staff were pleasant; I had made a mistake in my order, and when the dish arrived and I saw that it contained ingredients to which I had an allergen (I had misread the menu), they didn't hesitate to offer me another dish without the allergens.

06/12/2025: My pizza had a hole in the middle. I called to ask for an explanation and a gesture of goodwill. The person on the other end of the phone was rude and told me she wasn't in business and couldn't do anything about it. Furthermore, my pizza was supposed to have kebab and merguez sausage (the pizza was called "L'Oriental"). Since they were out of kebab, I asked for chicken instead. I got chicken, but no merguez. Deplorable.

09/11/2025: It's extremely rare for me to leave a review, but even though the terrace has an exceptional view, the service is deplorable. The waiter arrived without saying hello, after a short wait. Very unpleasant and not at all customer-oriented. It's terrible how these beautiful places can become so unprofessional that the people who work there no longer need to make the slightest effort to attract customers!
17/10/2025: For once, my wife and I were locals...
Crashing a waffle after leaving the beach in early October. Bad luck... Super light batter... Added water or egg white... We'll never know... But no flavor... Just air, 🤔 €6 a waffle😡
