07/12/2025: We loved the place. We ate there both days we were in Laruns. The starters and desserts are highly recommended. The raclette was perhaps a bit heavy and too much of a portion if there are two of you.

11/11/2024: Hard and chocolaty croissant which has halved its size, its quality but not its price, you don't care about the consumer's face, already that the customer service is disastrous (a hello limit half the time). With the quality of a supermarket you have no interest in buying here, an establishment to avoid because it has deteriorated so much.

09/09/2024: Small family restaurant. The place is nice but the opening onto the untidy back kitchen leaves something to be desired. The energetic and friendly servers are very appreciated. The pizzas 🍕 Berenx are very sparse and the pay deserves to be better. We had the beers at the end of the barrel…. So soup without bubbles… I think that improvements would be welcome and would enhance the establishment. Ah yes, not enough variety in terms of desserts (3 in total including 1 cheese platter)… too bad THANKS I posted the review an hour ago (I'm changing it now!) the boss and his wife called me threatening me on the phone, insulting me! They don't accept criticism, I gave it 3 stars though. I smoke so I don’t have a puck! They invent an unpaid Ricard! They ask me to come to the restaurant to talk about it 🤚 it seems like a dream!! I recorded the telephone conversation in case the gentleman persists with his harassment and threats!! He even wants revenge by posting a defamatory opinion on my company 😦 please I'm dirty my friends run!!

Always friendly and attentive, they even lent us their own jackets when the temperatures dropped after dark. In addition to the very successful "Magret de Canard" accompanied by a red wine from the region, it is worth mentioning in particular the "Cassoulet avec son thigh de Canard" which, as a delicacy foreign to the region (in fact originating from Carcassonne ), is presented as the specialty of the house at the risk of triggering a diplomatic crisis. On the taste level, a multitude of senses are attuned and always pushed with distinction, so that this supraregional dish is conceived as the ambassador of distant homelands.
