Only downside was the service
My wife's dish arrived in the same sieve as the aperitif and our seafood platter arrived 40 minutes later. We had to return my wife's dish so that we could eat together.
Otherwise we ate well
17/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux, service parfait. Cuisine du pays originale et savoureuse. Mention spéciale pour le menu enfant « gastro » (brochettes de lotte, pommes grenailles, glace au chocolat) à prix mini.

Do you want tasty, well-made and bold dishes? Run there. What about chocolate mousse with fleur de sel? There are no words, only happiness.
The only reason stopping me from becoming a regular is that I don't live in Bayonne.

Aperitifs served at the same time as the main courses…
“Crunchy” fries (overcooked), No water at the table, two different meats (beef and duck) served in the same dish… (?)
When you made the remark to the person who takes care of you, the only response was to avoid speaking to them like that…..
It would be wise to clarify, I think that the concept is as soon as it sits, as soon as it goes. No matter the quality……
In short, disappointing

01/09/2024: Quick visit to the rooftop after several years without a visit to the hotel. Smell of sewage, disgusting toilets in the bar... the view doesn't make up for everything. I will go my way from now on
31/08/2024: The place is rather ugly, the floor, the tables, everything is ugly, poorly maintained, impersonal, not at all welcoming. We don't want to linger there and even less want to come back.

19/09/2024: Very long for very little. €44 for 3 alcoholic drinks and 1 “starter”. Very low alcoholic drinks. Starter of spreads without bread, just breadsticks. Not even towels. Minimum service for an unacceptable price. Nice waiters except one (whom his superior had surely asked to do this) who asked a lady who was pulling for her show (without bothering anyone) to leave.

The sweet and savory mini-ardises are very good.
What's nice about pastries is being able to enjoy them without feeling like you're just eating sugar.

18/11/2024: Hello, it's been 2 times that we have slept at their place with my partner, no problem, very kind, always available when we need it. Thanks to the maid for her service every day, nothing to say. (Thank you for putting a small tray in the rooms with a kettle for small coffee) Have a nice day
