09/07/2024: Arrived just before midday on a Sunday. Discovered a scone shop without scones. Ran out of fish and chips. Ran out of bread for club sandwiches. After 1.5hrs after opening, only 1 meal was available with no other meal was offered other than the full English breakfast which we couldn’t eat. I believe it may be due to poor management of supply and demand - management seem to be incompetent? Not having food just after opening? The young lady at the store did her best for managing everything on her own. We were there for 1 hour and we did not see others to support her, she tried to smile but I can tell she was also frustrated she had to handle all the store on her own, we were friendly but nonetheless she made us wait 30 minutes before letting us know the cafe had essentially no food - only the full English breakfast. She did not mention other food was available. I feel management is to blame to put 1 person to: take all orders across all tables, cook all the food, manage takeaway orders, deal with people shopping in the store and manage the pay counter. Poor lady. Clearly for me, management considers profits over customers satisfaction. Also, the place looks very dated - the mat at the front door was very dirty. I take responsibility for coming to this place, as I should have read the other recent poor comments before coming here. I hope other customers read this and avoid this place like the plague to avoid being disappointed like me. I only hope management look at this comment, seriously take true ownership, make no excuses, without being defensive, and fix systemic issues you are facing rather than blame customers who experienced poor service due to poor management. You only have 1 moment that matters to make customers happy and it seems that you have not achieved this across many customers recently. I genuinely hope you improve as having a nice chantilly in Chantilly would have been a treat. Unfortunately we couldn’t experience this with you and left a bad taste in our mouths ☹️

19/06/2024: Rude and rude staff, no response to “hello” or “thank you”. In addition, an additional charge is required to pay by card.

08/09/2024: Hello, I think this is the most expensive kebab I know €9.50 per kebab to take away without drink, reheated fries but the sandwich itself is well stocked for my part I will not return

01/09/2024: I ordered a Lebanese, my friend had a panini. It was very good, good quantity of meat and fries, the welcome was very warm!

20/09/2024: Almost a presentation that bad. Caesar salad came with a raw egg, fried cardboard that I think was supposed to represent chicken, and vegetables that were borderline rotten. No expense was spared when cleaning the lettuce and tomatoes. My girlfriend ordered a veggie burger, which looked more like a battlefield of compressed vegetables, unrecognizable cheese and brown avocado between 2 buns. The waitress girl clearly didn't feel like it, or had drunk too much the night before. Slow, grumpy, and forgot to give us glasses with the bottle of water after it was thrown on the table with full aggression.

10/09/2024: Very good pizza as well as the rest. The place is very nice inside and has a nice outdoor space

20/08/2024: Not very expensive, but I won't go back. Too many frozen foods, rather tasteless dishes and the buffet is more often empty than anything else. In this type of buffet, there are better in Alencon for the same price

11/08/2024: Not good. Missing the vegetables. Little choice for dishes and side dishes. The deserts are not great.

05/09/2024: Tried different things and unfortunately, they all lacked flavour, portions were good and price’s were ok.

14/09/2024: Expérience catastrophique dans cet endroit. Accueil glacial, personnel antipathique et, pour couronner le tout, on nous a forcé à payer les vestiaires pour déposer nos vestes alors qu’on était prêts à payer sans le faire. C’est inadmissible ! L’endroit pue littéralement, les sols sont collants, et l’hygiène semble être une notion totalement inconnue ici. Un vrai cauchemar. Si vous cherchez un endroit dégoûtant où vous faire arnaquer, c’est l’adresse parfaite. Sinon, fuyez.

07/09/2024: Unfortunately, I had my mobile stolen here last night. The staff was friendly and helped me with security and took my details. One of the managers was a bit rude (insinuating it was my fault), but the majority were helpful so thank you for this. Another customer nearby said they had their phone stolen as well. Just watch your items. This could happen anywhere in Paris or any other big city. Unfortunately, it is in the world we live in. Otherwise, it was enjoyable. Merci beaucoup to those who helped for the search.

14/09/2024: Je suis de Charente Maritime. Donc les crustacés je connais. Là c’est inacceptable. De grosses coquilles avec une toute petite moule desséchée car réchauffée sur réchauffée ! Pour 19,50€ ça ne les vaut pas du tout. Je vous déconseille les moules. Trop cher pour ce que vous manger. Vous ressortez du restaurant en ayant faim !😡😡😡😡

01/09/2024: In visita alla rocca di Bonifacio, vinti dalla fame, ci siamo fermati a cena in questo locale in una posizione vista mare. Location amena, con vista sul mare, rovinata da una cucina dozzinale, da codice penale culinario. Cocktails soddisfacenti, ma fermatevi a quelli.

04/09/2024: What happened? The quality has gone down and that’s a shame! The meat of the kebab was very fatty, the wheat really average. Very average frozen fries. High prices considering the quality. The service that was once smiling is just friendly. We will not come back again!!

20/09/2024: Much too expensive. Misleading pricing: stuffed tomatoes and zucchini billed “per 100g”, turns out to be overpriced. Better is the traditional unit price, more clear and predictable.

04/04/2024: I am extremely disappointed with the experience at the PARIS MADEIRA bar. The service was terrible, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The drinks were poorly prepared and the setting was far from welcoming. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
