27/08/2024: Tout est vraiment bien préparé, avec soin et bon. L'accueil est sympathique. La situation top. Vraiment à recommander.

26/06/2024: Très bon produit,une vue maghnifique avec une terrasse bien aménagée et des patrons jeunes investi dans leur jolie affaire,mais qu'elle dommage gros point noir a corriger sur le temps d'attente impressionnant pour avoir ça commande,et ceux avec très peut de monde en terrasse, voire pour ma dernière aventure on était les seul 20 minutes pour 4 tartines et un jus d'orange pendant ce temp les boissons chaudes tous froid pas top et c'est dommage.Alors imaginer en plein service,soyez très très patient comme on dit pas de violence c'est les vacances😄.mais mi a par cela l'endroit et top,donc ci vous êtes pas nerveux et pas precé je vous le recommande vivement

29/08/2024: Quantité très insuffisante, que ce soit charcuterie, beignets ou salade. Tout supplément facturé.... Pas commerçant du tout. Nous n'y retournerons plus.

18/08/2024: Ho le régal !!! Ho que c’était bon! Miam miam! D’y repenser j’ai les papilles qui dansent!!! Le nom de l’établissement c’est La chèvrerie du Tréchauffé. Il faut absolument réservé. Impossible d’y manger si non. La terrasse donne sur une vue majestueuse : montagne, alpage, chèvres. C’est parfait. L’établissement est une ferme bien tenue et le service est convivial. Les plats… ho les plats! Je salive à nouveau! Bref, si vous aimez le fromage et la charcuterie, c’est votre paradis!

04/02/2024: La pâte de la piza n'est pas mal mais on sent que les ingrédients ne sont pas de bonne qualité, notamment le fromage. Pas du tout régalé. Le dessert bof bof bof.

27/08/2024: Je suis actuellement à Annecy en famille Vraiment très accueillant le monsieur très commercial 😀 à ne pas manquer si vous passez par là.

21/08/2024: Restaurant de l’hôtel Mercure. Il faut s’armer de patience pour dîner. C’est long, très long. Le rapport qualité prix est élevé.

03/07/2024: Je suis venu seul, pour affaire, passer la nuit sur place. L’équipe du service est très attentionnée, accueillante et souriante. J’ai pris du houmous et la salade côté terre. Le poulet pané sur la salade était excellent, certainement maison. Le vin était agréable.

25/07/2024: Repas très bon, serveuses très agréable et réactive , service rien à redire, emplacement parfait face a l’église et rapport qualité prix au top

19/05/2024: En visite dans cette belle ville de Annecy nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cette crêperie. La carte a changé, des produits frais et le personnel et sympa. Les prix reste raisonnable et en plus. Je recommande.

30/06/2026: "When you have a good location, you don't need good food," and unfortunately, that's certainly true here. The location and the staff are superb, but the food seemed frozen (perch fillet), tasteless, and the homemade dessert was also frozen solid. A very disappointing experience, especially considering the price.

20/02/2026: We were hiking with my little girl when she suddenly had to use the restroom. We were standing in front of the hotel at the time. I thought I'd politely ask if I could use their restroom. No one ever came to reception. I saw the restrooms right behind the hotel and decided to take her there. When we left, there was still no one at reception to explain our visit and thank us. As we were leaving, a woman asked us in a very sour tone if we were hotel guests. I told her no and explained politely. Her response was, "Well, you have to buy something!" To which I replied that no problem, I was happy to pay for something, no problem. We had waited for the restrooms both ways and saw no one. She replied, still as sour as could be, "Well, you have to ring the bell." Madam, thank you for your kindness and impeccable service!!! It makes me want to stay at your hotel...

20/02/2026: The manager was friendly. Otherwise, the hotel hasn't been renovated in over 30 years. The room was completely uncomfortable, the bedding was awful, there was very little heating in both the room and the breakfast room, and there was a leak in the shower. The breakfast was pre-packaged. Outside, there was no lighting in the parking lot or to reach the entrance after 7:30 PM, making access difficult. The stairs in front of the hotel were cleared of snow late in the morning.
