13/04/2024: Verrassend lekker. Van salades, pasta’s en Chilli alles was lekker en zeer verzorgd. Zonnig terras om lekker te bekomen van de eerste pistes.

22/03/2024: Still extremely rude staff. We tried to get a bowl of water for our dog, after 20 mins of various staff acknowledging us but then ignoring the request. We were then told to ‘relax’. We said we are relaxed we haven’t even attempted to try to order food yet. Just wanted something for the dog! Food fairly average. Much better restaurant further down the slope - try La Pente A Jules instead. Much better!

24/12/2023: I'm disappointed. A friend organized a party for us there, and in the end not enough charcuterie platter. The first ones super well served, white ham raw ham various cheeses etc then the last 6 pieces of cheese and the rosette 8 slices for 18 euros a board it hurts.... After our order it's no longer possible to get more... not enough stock?! It ended up in fast food, a somewhat ruined evening for our group because of that. They seem quite overwhelmed as soon as there are people there but otherwise good atmosphere!!

She wants to bring in money, which is normal, but above all she is irresponsible! Again last night, March 2, 2025, loud music! Drunk people banging on the bar, screaming, and she lets it happen... She has no authority! It won't last long, because everyone is complaining! In the 40 years that this bar has existed, this is the first year that a manager has not been able to manage his customers! If she wants a nightclub, she has to change location, or ask her owner to soundproof her establishment! Respect the co-owners, miss! There are people who work and get up early, they need to sleep early too! There are children who have ski lessons and have to get up in the morning! There are people of varying ages who are unbearable by your crazy music… There are co-ownership regulations. Doesn't the noise at night mean anything to you? Respect the co-owners and tenants of this building!

18/02/2024: Commentary intended for those who would like to know what it is like to spend a stay in the buildings located around the bar. The bar is cool, the people are nice and welcoming. The snacks are good and it’s great for a break after a series of descents. For context, there were 9 of us with 4 children aged 2, 5 and 10 years old. The problem is elsewhere, let me explain: The bar does not respect its surroundings. Drunk people are shouting and having fun outside, the French windows are open and no checks are made. The music is too loud and it is impossible to have a clear idea of ​​the times, despite several discussions with the owners (only money counts even if that means neglecting the well-being of the people around on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings: we broke down and left before Friday evening) Results of a family stay = impossible for young children to sleep before 11 p.m.-1 a.m., they were terrified) We managed to get the DJ (the owner not wanting to bother chatting with him) to turn down the bass a little (a big thank you to him, because the ceiling and wooden parts of the chalet were shaking and cracked). In short, the little human side is lacking a little and no avenues have been proposed to improve cohabitation. Be warned

27/11/2024: The organization of a surprise party at Ami Thièze for our 25th wedding anniversary on October 26 was a success. Already a month, I wish it was tonight... A very nice discovery in the countryside, this restaurant with parking. Everything was great from the start of the negotiation until payment the day after the party. Respect for the surprise for the husband. No unwanted contact. Arrival to music with top lighting, thank you Cédric. Great private room well decorated by the restaurant with my friend's personal touch. Gorgeous. Excellent meal made with local products, each plate decorated for the occasion. (too bad, no guest discovered the ingredient used to decorate each of the plates, we had to pay in the end 🤣) Thank you Audrey. Welcome, service, music, atmosphere also perfect. Wonderful comments from my 15 guests without exception. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed. Don't hesitate to organize your family celebrations with Audrey and Cédric, they are both great. Thanks again to both of them.

19/03/2024: Jamais mangé une saucisse aussi mauvaise ! La saucisse-frites de base, avec des frites très convenables, mais une saucisse que j'ai du mal à définir. Et qu'aucun d'entre nous n'a mangé. Toutefois, le personnel était très sympa !

23/08/2024: Une excellente adresse depuis plus de trente ans toujours au top, c'est rare de nos jours ! Ambiance feutrée, belle salle avec poutres, nappe blanche, couverts en argent, verres en cristal, un classique mais tellement classe ! Une équipe professionnelle et aux petits soins avec le sourire ! Cuisine raffinée, légère, délicate, un régal autant pour les yeux que pour le palais. Un grand merci au chef et à l'équipe 👏 Un macaron Michelin plus que justifié. Excellent rapport qualité prix !
