17/09/2024: Several orders come through, the waiters are not friendly, the service is long even though there was no one there and something is always missing even in a small order for 3 people.
15/09/2024: I find this unacceptable, I went to Mcdo Scionzier at exactly 9:30 p.m. this Saturday, I got takeaway and I still got it for a little over €40 to get ALL my cold order.. none of my sandwiches were hot, the fries were simply indigestible they were hard, having already worked we all know that fries after being cooked must be served within 7 minutes max otherwise it's heading towards the trash and well there perhaps we should have thrown them away rather than us serve them...
again it would have been during the rush I would have been a little more lenient but there wasn't a rat...it's not the first time this has happened, it's excessive!!😡

I had the pleasure of tasting their kebab, and it was an exceptional dining experience. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a tender and juicy texture. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the sauce, a perfectly balanced blend of flavors, added the perfect finishing touch.
The bread was also high quality, soft and tasty, enveloping all the ingredients for a harmonious and delicious result. In addition to the quality of the food, the service was quick and friendly which made the experience even better.
I highly recommend Pizza & Kebab d'Or to all kebab lovers. You will not be disappointed !

16/09/2024: 3 entrances with the cash register in the middle of the store, it's confusing where to start. A checkout open in the evening with 30 people behind waiting to go through the checkout.... after 20 minutes in line we abandoned our trays to go elsewhere. Too bad because the cooked dishes looked good.

Very practical with children, the self-service is efficient and very good. concert and music in the afternoon... it's great
15/03/2024: Superb location, but the food is deplorable, from the canteen at the bottom of the game with products of the same ilk, although the price is really high, a fried tournedos, a slice of lasagna with an unpalatable industrial taste, a welcome salad like buffalo grill, 2 chocolate mousse even a child does better, a pepsi and a fruit juice, 60 euros.
Don't go there, run away.

08/09/2024: Great concept, very good quality cuisine. On the other hand, the person who welcomed us was very unpleasant. She asked me to hurry up and choose my meal, which I found very rude and inappropriate especially since it was 11:30 a.m. and a lady had only just entered the store so there was no wait. In addition, I bought tea which has expired since February 2024. Really very disappointed and surprised by this welcome. I have never been received so badly...
05/09/2024: Very rude server. I shared a coffee with a friend then went back to purchase a cake when she informed me I only had 30 minutes because other customers will need to sit.
It’s a shame, latte was good but wouldn’t go back for this reason

25/09/2024: A bar that seems nice at first approach but once inside we feel the tourist trap... an unconvincing choice of beer, we are served a drink and 5 minutes later the waiters ask us to drink in one go because they are closing the bar...
In short, there are nicer and more welcoming bars/restaurants in Annecy!

05/09/2024: Great place to eat after a long hike and friendly staff! I had a chicken burger that came with a salad and potatoes plus a coke.
19/08/2024: Flee you fools! It took Frodo less time to go from the Shire to Mordor than these people did to serve us. And the quality of the food is very similar to what Gollum ate should taste like. We had never gone without eating hamburgers, and the potatoes seemed like a mix between fritters and croquettes... yes, the views from the outside terrace were very beautiful.

07/03/2024: Pleasant welcome from one of the waitresses upon our arrival, the young man in training should not be left to his own devices.... Because from the first glance we can only make a bad judgment (nonchalance, bad language, does not try to respond to customers and prefers to respond with an “I don’t know”….)
Too many pompous manners not to ensure quality and cheerful service…. Really a shame when we come as a family.
Tasteful cuisine, but huge downside on the portions…..
Children's menu up to 12 years old!!!! Ridiculous, a spoonful of rice, for a 5cm x 3cm piece of fish with bones….
2 balls of chocolate requested, chocolate mousse brought back….
Very very annoying and disappointing service….
With an exorbitant price

20/09/2024: Took 2 menus at the drive-thru, the fries look like reheated, not well cooked, very soft, and I think they reduced the size of the burgers. Expensive for little food and very poor quality. Where are our Mac Donalds of yesteryear?

It’s certainly not great cuisine, but that’s okay! .The servers were friendly and helpful...
20/02/2024: The service is OK, the waiter is conscientious, but the food is absolutely tasteless.
A burger for 22 euros, everything is industrial. The meat is certainly cooked on site but without flavor.
It's overpriced for the quality.
I don't recommend.
