25/09/2024: A quaint Italian restaurant tucked in a quiet area of La Marais. Small, intimate place. As others have mentioned the pasta was probably the best I’ve ever had (parpadelle bolognese). Service was prompt and attentive. A great choice for our first night in Paris. Make a reservation as it is popular and now I know why!

21/09/2024: Far removed from good Italian cuisine, this restaurant has really declined in quality and service. Aperitif taken for 6 served without accompaniment and the dishes arrived without waiting for our drinks to finish. Several dishes were supposed to contain vines but didn't taste like them at all. And to top it off, we are charged excessively for alcohol at 9.50, without any excuse. Avoid if possible.

20/09/2024: Overall, a fantastic spot to savor Italian cuisine in Paris. The food and service were exceptional, making it a highly recommended dining experience. I would gladly return for another meal without hesitation. Try the risotto!

16/09/2024: Nice place and food, on the other hand we were thrown out by being given the bill immediately after finishing our pizza, at 9:20 p.m. while the restaurant was full. I don't understand why...

27/09/2024: Our misadventure or experience that day was very bitter. For us who have been coming to this establishment for around thirty years, we made the mistake of saying that there was not the well-cooked egg requested in addition in our farmhouse pancake, because according to the waitress it was not in the ingredients, although it was listed on the menu, once at the checkout my wife had the misfortune to confirm that there was no egg (well cooked) in her crepe, the person at the checkout took it very badly, simply saying, your crepe returned to the kitchen, there was indeed the egg (supposedly scrambled below the ham 🤔 according to the waitress), we are not a one egg, I don't charge you for the egg, in any case I have complete confidence in my employees, an obvious and significant implication (we are lying) I would like to point out that there was never any question on our part of asking for any action on the bill, we just did not understand what was happening to us. What a shame!! as a client to be told through assertions without having noticed it for themselves and in roundabout words, that we are liars, all for a simple feedback of information. As a caring person, I would no longer recommend this place, too bad!! Ps: it took me 10 hours of reflection to publish this comment, usually I am very reactive, but here I am still stunned by the reaction of the person at the checkout (all this not to say shocked!!!) 25/06/2025: This is the second time we've come to this restaurant, and each time we order the 7-course tasting menu. The food is delicious. Both refined and full of flavor. The staff is attentive. Just to let you know, we came for my birthday, and I even got to leave with a Polaroid photo that the waitress kindly gave us in a beautiful envelope. This little touch was lovely. I highly recommend it; it's an excellent spot tucked away in a small Parisian alleyway.

25/06/2025: This was my first "gourmet" restaurant with a 7-course tasting menu. I wasn't disappointed; it was very, very good. The portions were just right. It was also varied, allowing for new flavors without overdoing it. I went back a second time a year later for a birthday. Once again, it was excellent; the waitress kindly offered to take a Polaroid photo of us and created a superb decoration for dessert. I highly recommend it!

23/09/2024: Atypical place and the evening with the pig on the spit was very nice. We had a very nice evening. The blue wine is surprising but you have to try it....

15/09/2024: We came for lunch in this superb restaurant, leaving the airport. Very warm welcome. Very nice waiters just like the boss. Excellent cuisine. Blind menu of Corsican specialties. Everything was delicious, from start to finish. I hope to return there soon. Magnificent estate.

01/12/2024: Arriving at 11:55 a.m. at the Riva without reservation, I asked if there was room for 1 person, the owner looked at the room of around 30 seats and seated me nonchalantly while only 4 people were seated, I said to myself that the service will be quick... I order a Milanese escalope and ask for the pasta without cheese because I am allergic and the answer was: the escalope is breaded with cheese like all Milanese escalopes…. Having eaten a few in my life it was the first time I heard that, so I choose a calzone answer: we can't because we don't have any more eggs, so I take another pizza. Finally at 12:20 p.m. when the room has 11 seats, the owner comes back and tells me that finally, she can make me an escalope without cheese… An escalope without any work with buttered pasta was served to me (26 euros per dish….) At 1:10 p.m., my bill: a Milanese escalope and a glass of rosé for 30 euros. I ask for a bill without details for a meal, I am told: it’s impossible… FYI, I have been eating at restaurants from Tuesday to Friday for 20 years and this is the first time I have been given this kind of response….. In other words, if you want to be unwelcome and eat at the convenience of management, don't hesitate, this is the right place.

30/11/2024: A good atmosphere. A friendly team. Foie gras... A killer. The rest is the same and all this for a reasonable price.

10/09/2025: Super good typical restaurant, the owner was charming and the dishes excellent. Very affordable prices and menu changes every week, which is a great concept. Don't hesitate for a second to go there!

25/08/2025: Very rude staff and unwelcoming atmosphere created by them. They should consider adjusting their hours (which they post themselves) on google if they are unwilling to serve guests during said hours.

05/12/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit. The menu listed the ribeye steak at €22 with potatoes, but I wasn't served any side dishes, only a green salad. When I went to pay, I discovered that the ribeye was now €24 because "the menu is no longer up to date." I find this unacceptable and misleading for the customer.
