But please, yesterday I was told that the Villa Rocca tuna was removed from the menu. I'm going to set up a picket line in front of the restaurant to bring this dish back. 😱

Some dishes lacked flavor and the flavor combinations seemed poorly executed. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also very basic.
Overall, we still had a pleasant evening, but for a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected a more memorable experience, and there are better options available.

27/08/2026: We entered a legendary place. It took a while to get a table, but it was worth it. Impeccable service, perfect cuisine. Absolutely nothing to say except that we will gladly return to this institution, Maxim's Restaurant. An unforgettable experience that our friends envy.

19/08/2026: Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed; the pizzas were tasteless. It's a real shame because the setting is very pleasant. The value for money is poor. I'm surprised by the positive reviews. Some of the photos, especially of the pizzas, are not representative of what you'll find.
19/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant last week as a couple and loved it. As a result, we went back today with the family. The food was excellent, the service was very welcoming, and the owners are lovely.
You can go there without hesitation.
