06/11/2024: Los tesoros a menudo se encuentran en los lugares más improbables. La pizzería Gino and Cindy's es un lugar pequeño, sobre todo (pero no solo) para llevar en la carretera en Ollioules, en los suburbios de Toulon. Para ser honesto, no llegué para el paisaje, pero guiado por los elogios de Google y Tripadvisor y desde el momento en que pasé por la puerta principal, la sonrisa de Cindy (Gino llevaba mascarilla) dio la razón. Gino y su hermana Cindy son un par de propietarios de restaurantes jóvenes, entusiastas y adorables que no solo son amables y clientes - cariñosos, sino también perfeccionistas y profesionales minuciosos. Desde hace tres años, han estado construyendo su oreja-a-boca éxito a través de la prueba cuidadosa y la selección de los ingredientes finales de primera compra de Italia (son de ascendencia italiana) y a través del refinamiento paciente de su técnica. Y sus charlas de pizza, a la par con lo mejor que he disfrutado en Genova, Italia, hace unos años. Nada súper elegante o uno mismo - importante: los fundamentos, dominados a la perfección sobre una veintena de recetas diferentes. Y un verdadero momento de autenticidad, en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. No comas su pizza viendo la televisión, ahora eso sería una blasfemia; el mejor lugar para disfrutarlo es probablemente como lo hice yo, en una pequeña mesa allí mientras escuchaba algunos de los secretos de Gino para hacer pizza. Cada vez que vuelva a la zona, seguro que me volverán a ver. ¡Sigan así chicos, están arriba!

13/10/2024: Pizzas d’excellente qualité, cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée, qualité des ingrédients au rendez vous. On sent tout de suite le goût et le savoir faire de la pizzeria. Bref je conseille à fond !

20/11/2024: Change of ownership. Mother/daughter restaurant. User-friendliness guaranteed. Mainly traditional Portuguese cuisine. Interesting value for money. The cuisine is a delight. I highly recommend. I will come back without hesitation.

11/12/2024: Very disappointed with my last order. The pizzas were not good. Although I have been ordering for 2 years I have noticed a change in the preparations. Almost raw dough, mozzarella that has no taste and really compared to the previous times I ordered it was not good. Yet I order once or twice a month… change of owner?

15/08/2024: I went to get an ice cream for €6, paid by credit card from €15, I found myself having to take a Coke by force because they will only accept my card if I take an extra Coke. It doesn't stop there, the coke that I was forced to sell has expired for 4 months, it was vile (it's mid-August 2024)

Pleasant environment especially on the terrace. Very competent staff, fast, and keeps the customer well informed. Honestly, I recommend it. I liked it the first time

15/08/2024: Please note credit card not accepted. No room, take away or delivery. Very good wood-fired pizza and friendly staff. Tried the Vencoise with wild mushrooms, very good and generous. Good value for money.

21/09/2024: Accueil et service très chaleureux et professionnel. Les plats de l'entrée au dessert, en passant par les cocktails et le vin, sont succulents et très copieux ! C'est la touche Il Casale paraît-il ! Note particulière au tiramusu qui est le meilleur jamais dégusté encore et très généreusement servi. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

08/09/2024: Absolutely avoid! Terrible food, dishes not matching the menu. We couldn't order a bottle of wine because they were out of wine glasses! but thanks to the server for trying to compensate despite everything.
