Beautiful menu, quick response on the phone, pizzas delivered with great kindness, fair price. But despite the ingredients which seem good and the dough which is also good, I found the taste ordinary. Not bad. But I didn't enjoy it. To try again on another recipe?

01/11/2024: I have just corrected my son's opinion, it was a direct reaction, yes I was disappointed but it is very rare on the part of look pizza. I remain very picky about the quality of what I eat. My children were delighted and devoured theirs. So far I've had almost no negative opinions on what we ordered, I just didn't come across the pizza that I liked, that's all.

04/09/2024: Il Gardinio est devenu l'un de nos restaurants favoris à Antibes, où nous aimons venir en famille. Chaque visite est un vrai plaisir, avec un cadre charmant au cœur du vieil Antibes. Le menu est varié, offrant des options pour tous les goûts, et la cuisine est toujours savoureuse et bien présentée. Le patron et le personnel sont incroyablement accueillants et chaleureux, ce qui rend chaque repas encore plus agréable. Nous avons également apprécié le petit digestif offert après chaque repas, un geste qui montre l'attention portée aux clients. Je recommande vivement Il Gardinio pour un moment convivial en famille !

05/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner on December 31st was quite disappointing for the price we paid for two: €160. Apart from the starter (salmon and asparagus), which was excellent, the rest was disappointing. The main course (beef whiting with black pudding and sweet potato purée) was not up to the price (€28). It was overcooked, even though I had asked for it medium, and the purée was sickeningly sweet. The dessert was presented crudely and also not worth the price (€15, a pavlola). Quite disappointed for a meal at such a price! However, having been there several times before at the regular price, I have never been disappointed.

13/01/2026: The staff is very welcoming and warm, always smiling and friendly, eager to please and satisfy their customers. My particular issue was handled with care, and they found solutions quickly. I was greeted by Cathy: the epitome of kindness and gentleness. The restaurant is clean, and the decor is very pleasant. The prices are reasonable; it's not very expensive, and the portions are generous. Thank you. I will return and I highly recommend it.

23/12/2025: A loyal customer for years, Hervé and Myriam are among those incredibly welcoming restaurateurs where you feel right at home, with the added bonus of exceptional cuisine! The pizzas are delicious and the prices are very reasonable. There's a large parking lot a 5-minute walk away, and the back terrace/garden is a lovely escape. The homemade items are clearly marked, and they provide excellent information about each product they offer. Thank you again for finally delighting me with your courtesy and good cheer.

18/01/2026: Honestly, nothing to say except wow! The restaurant is incredibly well located, the service is top-notch! The cocktails are delicious and beautifully presented! And frankly, the dishes and desserts are exquisite! The servers are very welcoming and the atmosphere is worth it. A must-try, and I'll definitely be back!
