29/11/2025: Four pizzas ordered for takeout last night: Positano OK Pistachio: disappointed because it lacked flavor; not enough pistachio topping and the bottom was burnt Calzone: burnt on top and no egg yolk to be found Burrata: okay but too much arugula In short, a disappointment this time

28/11/2025: I've been coming here for years, and there's a bad atmosphere among the staff, which we, as customers, feel. There's no attempt at customer service, the bill is never changed—it's always the same, for months, even years—and the coffee too. No modernization whatsoever.

14/09/2024: There were 10 of us and we ordered several pizzas. Despite our time constraints (Mach de Cesta Punta) we were served quickly. Good conviviality and exchange with the neighbor Soto Ona Wine merchant. We had a good evening thanks to their complicity. I recommend these 2 addresses

19/09/2024: Good morning, Restaurant far from living up to the brand. It feels more like a restaurant for truckers than at DEL’ ARTE. Cuisine worthy of a school canteen, legs that taste like water, salmon straight from the freezer. For the salad it's the same, the bread is all soft and not crunchy, the presentation is mediocre, the food is still partly frozen. Very disappointed with this restaurant even though I have never been disappointed in the other restaurants in the chain.

25/01/2025: Nous avons mangé des pizzas qui était comme d’habitude très très bonne ! Merci au chef ! Par contre pour le café la cuillère était sale avec un reste de chocolat ! Je l’ai signalé à la serveuse qui n’a eu aucun mot d’excuse !Dommage ! Cette serveuse nous a suggéré de payer un pourboire avec notre CB ! Une première pour nous que l’on nous demande sa ! Bien sûr on a rien laissé !

Oh unless it makes you neither hot nor cold. Tell yourself that our money has the same flavor everywhere and that we will find our happiness elsewhere
