31/10/2025: We went to La Napolitaine using a Smartbox voucher. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time, and the size was larger than usual. The ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant. The desserts were just as delicious as the pizzas. Don't judge a book by its cover 😉, what matters is what's on your plate. Thank you for a lovely experience.

21/09/2025: An impromptu dinner with my wife last night. Always and still a must-visit place to enjoy pizzas; they are by far the best in Chartres. The service is impeccable. We barely arrived with our dog, and without asking, the owner brought her a drink! A thoughtful touch. Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and perseverance, given the construction work that must be disrupting your business somewhat. A big thank you, Patrick Bazot.

17/09/2025: Hello, Could you please train your waitress to greet customers with a friendly "hello"? Even though there are only a few days left before the restaurant closes. Also, the server didn't offer us a choice of pizza sizes, so we ended up paying more.

23/03/2026: Perfect mountain ambience, with a great vibe. I had the most delicious parmigiana - creamy aubergine cooked to perfection, followed by the dessert special - pear and choc tart, crispiest, shortest pastry, yum. My companion had the entrecôte, cooked bleu, and the pistachio choux, all sublime. Great service and atmosphere - a must visit!

17/03/2026: I'm not giving it 5 stars because we had a problem with a waitress at the bar (specifically, an English woman wearing a beanie). She was apparently with her friends who were on vacation. They were playing darts but had been throwing for at least 30 minutes without paying (so it was pointless). We politely asked her to give us a table so we could play a game, but she refused. We had to be very insistent, at least 10 minutes. Shameful for someone who claims to be a professional; she was disdainful and impolite and shouldn't be interacting with customers. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place. The staff is very pleasant, truly excellent, thank you for everything. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect. In the restaurant, pizza, tartiflette, duck breast—everything was really delicious, made with fresh ingredients. Thank you for these great moments! 👌

14/03/2026: We came in late from a long day of being annoying tourists and gawking at the sights and we were hangry. The waiter was not very nice and rushed us, we did come in right before closing but we were respectful lil party of 3 so I don’t see a reason. Food was splendid though, and pretty reasonably priced can’t really complain.
