10/12/2025: We stopped at the hotel bar for a hot chocolate by the Christmas tree, enjoying the decorations. The drinks were a bit pricey for a 4-star hotel, but we had a wonderful time and it was well worth it.

10/12/2025: A truly excellent Italian restaurant. I received a warm welcome and was seated very comfortably. The food was top-notch; I was served a generous and delicious plate of linguine carbonara—the real deal, without cream—and it was divine! The chocolate mousse was perfect. The dining room was spotless and very quiet. However, I was disappointed by the lack of an authentic Italian atmosphere in the decor. I wanted to experience Italy firsthand. Next time, please display photos of Italy and play Italian music. I want to feel like I'm in Naples, not just in the food.

19/01/2026: I had dinner at your restaurant last night. The pasta and pizza were really good. But the service was disappointing: we waited a long time before being told we had to pay for the order to be registered. And then there was no free Parmesan cheese available to put on the pasta; I've never been to an Italian restaurant that offered that!

15/01/2026: A bit disorganized The quality is standard for this restaurant chain. I found this one in Marseille a bit disorganized, with confusing lines at the counters and unmotivated staff.

22/03/2026: We had lunch at this place, which was the only restaurant open. The food was decent, nothing special. Our unpleasant surprise came when we went to pay; we were called names and insulted (because we didn't fit the profile) by the staff, who were impatient for us to leave. Respect clearly isn't one of their values. In short, eat somewhere else.
