20/08/2023: Being at the restaurant opposite which was also delicious (dioufys), I noticed a lot of things that were wrong in this “pizzeria”: NO HYGIENE (no apron no gloves no hand washing business attire), shopkeepers who eat, drink cans and smoke while preparing dishes, customers who are friends of restaurateurs eat in the window, absolutely not suitable for eating on it, in short, absolutely avoid it if you don't want to get sick...

29/10/2024: I waited 11 days for a simple answer to a question posted online. When I called I waited over 10 minutes with no response and can't get an appointment in less than three weeks. This is truly a disservice from a so-called “public” service. It's a joke. And open to the public only four mornings a week for three and a half hours!

21/09/2024: We couldn't taste the food because we weren't served. It looked okay. After we sat down, the employee told us that we had to get up because the table needed to be cleaned. Fine in itself, although the table was not actually dirty. But the tone was immediately quite unkind and forceful. Of course it would have been nicer to ask. Anyway, there's probably a lot of annoying tourists here and it's the end of the season, so it can happen. However, when we got up, she didn't come back to actually clean the table. We then sat down again after a minute and were no longer served, while she did help other new guests. When we approached her to ask if we could order, she looked at us irritated and told us to wait a moment. We then asked if she wanted to help us, and then she got angry and indicated that she indeed did not want to help us because we did not let her clean the table (which, again, was practically clean). A single experience is of course not representative, but unfortunately we had a bad experience. 🙃

14/09/2024: La Romantica was far from romantic, with outright disrespectful and aggressive staff. We were served our food after a wait time of 1 hour at the least. When asked why the delay, the answer was promptly rude citing "you ordered a starter, hence your main course is late", which is the most absurd reply I've ever received and I have dined in over 10 different countries at countless restaurants. Instead of having an apologetic tone, the waitress (blond girl with glasses) was arrogant and disrespectful, she even swore in French, not realising that we have heard her. Apart from this horror show, the food and ambience were barely mediocre at best. Nothing worked out except the wine we had. Completely disappointed and let down by such incompetent staff.

29/08/2024: We went there to eat ice cream... 8 euros for a Mont Blanc coupe with only a caramel ball, caramel, and whipped cream... I find it expensive! and yet there must have been white chocolate ice cream...I'm still looking for it.

19/12/2024: Very dirty place, tiny tables where eating for 2 people is impossible. Staff without education or manners. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE

18/12/2024: The place is beautiful, but the service is horrible! I was served as soon as I arrived and ordered a drink which took 15 minutes to arrive, I placed the order and said the doneness of the meat I would like and the waitress agreed when my dish arrived my meat was burnt and she thought it was bad which I questioned and it was literally talking bad about me at the next table as if I didn't understand!

29/09/2024: Decent meal. On the other hand, the wine in the pitcher had no taste ☹️. Very noisy restaurant. Either the room is poorly soundproofed, or some customers have a lack of social skills, talking and laughing loudly as if they were at home!

25/09/2024: Hyper above I do not recommend. Good reception but cooking is not possible Very dry pizza and very few ingredients, the products are not of good quality.

07/11/2025: To begin with, the welcome was unpleasant. There was no one at the counter to take my order; they seemed to prefer smoking outside the establishment. Once my order was taken (without washing their hands), I noticed that everything had been left out in the open. Furthermore, the furniture was also dirty, the fries reeked of oil that had been sitting in the fryer for 15 days, and a three-meat taco had no fries inside, but the grease was still there. A price that seemed reasonable suddenly became less so.

02/11/2025: I wanted to try this little fast-food place despite the negative reviews. The fries: Visually, you can tell they're not a frozen package like you see in many fast-food restaurants, which is a good sign. However, the cooking was a disaster: the fries were quite dark, not crispy, and undercooked. When I mashed them, I could have ended up with mush, which was a shame. I couldn't finish them. The taco: I hadn't noticed there was no cheese sauce, which changes the taste. There was a lot of oil inside, which was quite unpleasant to eat. I still managed to finish it, but only to avoid wasting it. The service was a bit slow for a "fast-food" place. The atmosphere was icy. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Too many negative things to say. I'll have done my own test.

30/08/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas, one oriental and one regina with supplement via Uber eats, delivered only one goat cheese and ham pizza... Called the restaurant and they told me it was them

18/09/2024: Nullll!!!! The service and atmosphere are unpleasant!!! We reserved a table at the Garden and were told that the garden is closed. In addition, he forces us to take drinks to have a simple carafe of water!!!!!! The pizzas are not really Italian pizzas!! No recommend at all!! Run!!!!!

18/09/2024: Unfortunately the staff is not very friendly and not accommodating. The service is sour and bitter, no politeness or welcome. There are much better restaurants in the alley and the service is better, move on.

11/11/2024: Really bad, don't come, this restaurant is hell, super long service, really terrible food (uncooked spaghetti), disgusting menu, catastrophic hygiene, don't come! To flee!

06/10/2024: Group of friends of 8 people and everyone was delighted with their meal, the welcome, the service. Nothing to say we will come back.
