I asked if they could make more (I repeat: 12:50 PM, not 3 PM!) and they told me no. Well, I'll go to McDonald's... 16/03/2026: Passing through Bischwiller with my friends, I wanted to grab a pizza. They recommended this pizzeria, which they've been going to for a long time. I must say it was a real find; the pizza was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices more than reasonable—in fact, for that size of pizza, I'd never seen anything like it. See you soon, I'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: I find the owner extremely unpleasant to his employees, just as he is to his customers! A few months ago, during a phone call about an order, he couldn't understand my mother on the phone. He implied she was disabled and asked me again when I went to pick up the tarte flambée! Tonight, I went to get my tarte flambée, and they were in the middle of a rush. The cashier was out of change, so to give change to a customer, she asked the owner if there was any more. He replied that he had given it to another employee and continued his conversation with his friends in front of everyone. Another customer gave him the missing change. He completely left his employees in the lurch!

09/03/2026: We tried them immediately and loved them! We've found our favorite local pizza place. The pizzas are delicious and generously topped. The dough is light and fluffy, and the flavor is excellent. Perhaps it could have been a touch crispier under the toppings, but honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed them. And the friendly service on the phone was a real plus. Thank you, and see you soon!

30/12/2025: After a 4-hour drive, the last pasta dishes were excellent and exceptionally well-served. It was 8 pm and still raining. Moreover, the pizza was a Romana, hand-turned, so the crust was soft, made with high-quality olive oil, and the toppings were excellent. 5 stars for the pizza. 6 stars for the friendliness that day.
