21/12/2025: Passing through the area for my sales job, I stopped by Milano for a coffee. A warm welcome, very friendly staff who enjoyed interacting with customers, which made for a truly pleasant experience. I enjoyed it so much that I returned for lunch: an excellent meal, quick service, and always in a cheerful atmosphere. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and one I will gladly return to on my next trip to the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

27/03/2026: We had a wonderful time as a family with our son. The meal was delicious; I particularly recommend the poached egg with mushroom sauce—a real treat. Special mention to our waitress Lou, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling… a true professional. We will definitely be back.

26/03/2026: The chicken wasn't cooked properly, even after sending it back. There weren't many people, yet the wait was quite long. Luckily, the waitress' kindness helped improve things somewhat.

09/03/2026: Great menu for a festive restaurant! A great find in Erstein! Just be prepared to be very patient with the service.

08/03/2026: I gave it one star, and I don't think it's possible to give zero stars at all! The service was completely unprofessional, very slow, and disorganized. The duck breast was barely warm, and the panna cotta dessert was served in canteen-style glasses... I visited the toilets, which have no ceiling, leaving the pipes exposed, and the cleanliness was equally appalling. Totally disappointed. Obviously, I don't recommend it. 😏😏

06/09/2025: I came by one evening, there were two of us around 10 p.m. to eat there. As soon as we arrived, the manager gave us a very bad welcome, his expression tense and surprised to see us. He told us coldly with a grimace on his face that it would not be possible to eat there without giving any other information. I went to the waitress to ask her for 2 pizzas to take away, which I was able to get. Regarding this manager, I don't know the probable reason for his bad look, but I think it's really a big lack of professionalism.

27/02/2026: The pizzas are good. Unfortunately, for takeout, don't get a last-minute craving. After 6 pm, you can no longer order. Both the waitress and the owner will rudely dismiss you and make fun of you. Unacceptable!

24/03/2026: I'm leaving a review mainly because of the young woman who served us! We could tell she was new in her first few days, but she was lovely, always smiling and helpful! It deserved a mention! Otherwise, the food was nice. We had a good time.

17/02/2026: On Valentine's Day, my family, children, and friends and I went to Le Sancerre restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was far below our expectations. The welcome definitely needs improvement. It was very unpleasant that they demanded payment for the menu items upfront as soon as we entered. I also found it quite disturbing that they demanded payment for the alcoholic drinks as soon as they were served. The appetizers were very small, almost miniature portions, and the main course was mediocre. The fruit was served without cutlery. The quality of the alcoholic beverages was also poor. Furthermore, the owner was dancing instead of attending to the guests; he should have gone around the tables and checked on everyone's satisfaction. Overall, we were disappointed in terms of service and quality.

04/01/2026: A bit disappointed by this restaurant. The storefront was very inviting, but the experience fell far short of our expectations. Let's start with the positives: the service and the wine were impeccable, no complaints there. However, the food was a real letdown. The carbonara was served with cream and bacon bits that left much to be desired. Then there was the salmon pasta, which tasted like very little; you have to wonder if the pasta water was even salted. Plus, the pasta was overpriced for the quality. The pizzas looked appetizing and were good (at least the vegetarian one was). Overall, the restaurant is attractive because of its location but disappointing in terms of both quality and price. Order a pizza to avoid disappointment. Let's make up our own minds.

02/11/2025: This is our second experience in this restaurant, personally I went back for its unforgettable tiramisu, which is also, in part, what made me want to return to La Baule for a romantic weekend.
