30/11/2025: Sorry, but I ate a pizza with undercooked ribs. It's supposed to be goat cheese, honey, and cream-based, but you're giving me a tomato base? Tomato doesn't work with honey. Go figure. Anyway, your 14.50 pizza had no taste.

27/11/2025: The only thing here that's Italian is the sixties music playing on repeat. The rest? I would have been better off ordering from Picard; at least you know the quality. When they brought me my Milanese veal cutlet, it practically drowned in all the water on my plate. The tomato sauce looked like it came straight from the local wholesaler's jar. I asked for mayonnaise: they don't make sauce! First time I've ever heard that one. Plus, there's a whole page on the menu listing what the chef is willing to do or not. Want to change your pizza? Impossible, except to remove the mushrooms. Thanks to those with allergies who can now rest easy. At this lost Italian restaurant in Cluny, what a beautiful death for an ingredient they can't remove because it's too much to ask on a pizza. We wonder why people go to restaurants less often? 05/04/2026: Very good pizzas Excellent carbonara pasta! It only doesn't get 5 stars because of the friendliness (or lack thereof) of the staff. We went as a group, and the staff weren't very friendly. €4.70 for a Coca-Cola also seemed excessive to me.

13/02/2026: The pizza selection is just amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed it. One small drawback, though: as a big chocolate mousse fan, I was disappointed with this one. While it tasted good, it didn't really have the texture of a mousse.

01/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant yesterday. The pizzas were very good, however, I have mixed feelings about the service. When we arrived, a waiter walked right past us without saying hello or seating us. We waited at the bar, and it took a good 3-4 minutes before we were seated. The dining room was pleasant, but extremely crowded, giving it a canteen-like feel. The interior was very noisy, and there was only one toilet. 🧐 The waiter who served us was relatively pleasant, smiling, and quick. 👏 Regarding the owner who shakes your hand upon arrival and seems pleasant and friendly, we were very disappointed by his haughty attitude at the end of the meal. We could tell he was bothered that we didn't order dessert, which immediately made him less pleasant. We ordered coffees and waited about twenty minutes for them... Despite the pizzas, which were very good, large, and generously topped, we won't be returning.

08/03/2026: The pizzas were good, but the service was really lacking. The owner is very unpleasant and not at all welcoming. It's a shame because the experience is ruined by customer service that clearly needs improvement.

26/02/2026: The facts are simple: two people, the same dishes, the same severe symptoms a few hours after eating. We reported an experience, not made a baseless accusation. To claim that it is “impossible” that this came from your products, without any analysis, is a certainty you cannot establish. As a restaurant owner, you have a duty of care and hygiene towards your customers. When a report of this kind is made, it should be taken seriously, not dismissed out of hand. Attributing our symptoms to Coca-Cola consumption is pure speculation. Bringing up old reviews to discredit a customer does nothing to address the issue raised. A professional confident in their practices responds with restraint and responsibility, not with an attack. Let everyone judge for themselves.

26/02/2026: The young pizza chef was very helpful in directing us to the islands on Thursday and Tuesday; he was very friendly.

26/03/2026: The pasta was overcooked and sticky, and the service was unpleasant. The langoustine was good, which was the only positive point. It was clear they were prioritizing tables ordering set menus. We didn't have time for a set menu, which seemed to be a problem for us.

21/03/2026: Lunch was very disappointing today: terrible service, cold dishes (a Metro osso buco hastily reheated in the microwave) or undercooked (a raw egg in a calzone), dirty beer glasses, and an attempt to charge extra for a dessert included in the children's menu. I won't be going back; this restaurant gets worse with each visit!

14/01/2026: New owners have arrived: Italian cuisine just the way we like it: delicious and indulgent, with warm service and a grocery store offering a wide variety of quality products. I highly recommend it!
