10/09/2025: Great pizzeria, very reasonable prices, great quality, young, friendly, and dynamic staff. I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes. However, there's little/no space to eat in other than the terrace (I always get takeout, so it doesn't bother me). Nothing to say! Update: more than 10 years later, still great! 👌

07/09/2025: The pizzas are very good but delivered 1 hour late, 2 hours after ordering. As consolation, we were given 2 bottles of Fuztea, which is not right with such a delay, a gesture on the bill would have been appreciated.

01/02/2026: Extremely disappointing stay. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: the bathtub water was cloudy and yellowish (see photo), making it impossible to wash. The problem was reported to customer service, but there was no response or solution. A complete lack of hygiene and respect for the customer.

24/01/2026: A truly wonderful stay at the BOSCOLO. The welcome, the room, and the services offered in an exceptional setting, all at excellent value for money, were all outstanding. A magical escape in the otherwise over-touristy world of Nice. What a delight!

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! On Friday, December 13th (evening), as soon as we arrived, we understood that a table of two people without a reservation wasn't very attractive to the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a server came to take our orders without even offering an appetizer. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (not a very logical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... what's more, the ravioli had dried out from the microwave and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When it came time to take my dessert order, the server told me I'd have a chocolate financier or a chocolate moelleux in the "sweet coffee." Finally, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately returned to the kitchen to be replaced (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality dish, with very amateurish service and quickly delivered. The bill was steep (much steeper than the food itself!). We will hesitate to set foot there again!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

24/01/2025: Despite very kind staff and willing to serve you and find what you like. We ate pizzetti with feta cheese and tomato which was very tasty. Even plain focaccia tasted very good. Nice decoration. It has several options, you will definitely find something you like.

30/01/2026: The pizzas lacked flavor and were rather small. The decor needs a complete overhaul, the furniture is in poor condition, and they don't accept credit cards. We won't be going back!

29/01/2026: Disappointing. A truffle Camembert served with absolutely nothing, not a single lettuce leaf, not a slice of charcuterie. The steak tartare was blended like dog food, accompanied by frozen fries. It's a far cry from real steak tartare, hand-cut with a knife... The toilets are filthy, with urine on the floor, water damage on the wall, and unsightly blisters. And to top it all off, in 2026 the restaurant doesn't accept credit cards! It's a shame, the location is quite nice and the staff are friendly.

31/10/2024: Edit: you are being judged if you take a pizza that you compose, the quality has further decreased since last year. Heartbreaking. Average quality ingredients, a little expensive. Good for helping out one evening (or midday). Be careful, they put nuts in the 4 cheese pizza...

21/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at Pizza Colonnes in December. The owner was especially kind to my daughter; there were plenty of toys for her to play with, and she even made a few friends. The pizzas were delicious: we had a Champsaurian, a Calzone, and a Reine. The crust was really light and fluffy. We'll definitely be back.

26/11/2025: The welcome was nonexistent, there was no politeness whatsoever, and customer service was clearly lacking. As for the kitchen, I was informed that half the menu was unavailable, without any explanation. So I ordered a pizza, and after a 10-minute wait, I learned that the oven wasn't working. This information should have been communicated earlier, in my opinion. When it came time for the refund, once again, not a word of apology or compassion was offered.

24/01/2026: A completely terrible experience. Seated at our table, we waited 30 minutes despite repeated requests to place our order. Five tables seated after us were served before us. We left, with no apology.

18/01/2026: FLUXIA CONFLUENCE KITCHEN HYGIENE REVIEW Following the closure of one of their locations (Fluxia Confluence), I had to go directly into the kitchens to retrieve some furniture I had purchased at auction. I should also mention that I'm only speaking from my personal experience. I haven't actually eaten at these restaurants. I also read a review about worms being found in a dish... so honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was similar. I recently spent about thirty hours cleaning their refrigerated marble pizza tables and a few stainless steel tables. I'll get straight to the point. The most shocking thing at first was the fruit flies that covered the floor, and the grease absolutely everywhere. We're talking about actual layers of grease deposited on the furniture, accumulated over a long time, sticky and slimy. But the worst was yet to come: inside the cabinet, near the ducts, there were cockroaches. I saw about ten dead ones while I was cleaning. And the entire kitchen was in a similar state. Even worse: I found two dead baby rats in the cabinet and a whole host of unidentified insects. I'm attaching a photo of the kitchen and another of the state of the refrigeration system in my refrigerated pizza cabinet. I'm referring to the FLUXIA CONFLUENCE, the one that closed down a few months ago. But this one seems very similar based on the reviews. Go ahead and buy it with caution.
