18/01/2025: Thank you for this meal which was excellent. Hearty meal at an affordable price, very good atmosphere too. Special mention to Alex who was able to serve us with his good humor and enthusiasm. We, who didn't know the region, ended our stay on a good note. We will come back as soon as possible.

16/01/2025: Nice place to have a coffee with a sea and beach view. They provide to the table a tray showing the different desserts they have for you to order.

19/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! 🍽️ The value for money is simply incredible: delicious dishes at very affordable prices. Honestly, much better than its competitors! Every time I've ordered different things to explore the menu, I've been pleasantly surprised. It's been flawless every time! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food without breaking the bank. 👌

06/03/2026: My friends and I were out for a walk in the evening and wanted to eat, so we asked the chef if it was still possible to order, even though he was closing. He kindly and with a huge smile took our order, and aside from being incredibly kind and friendly, we had a great meal 😌👌.

23/03/2026: A very pleasant lunch break at this brasserie in the heart of the city, with paid parking right in front. Varied menu with reasonable prices. Good value for money. The service is friendly, smiling, and quick. Lunch special: starter, main course, and dessert for €19, excellent!

16/11/2025: Mixed feelings... We came in the middle of August. A table of 5 adults and a child, initially planning to have a drink and then a meal. We waited patiently for our order to be taken, adding a carafe of water if possible, as we had been waiting for 30 minutes (it was 43°C that day). It was very slow to arrive despite three reminders and the help of the colleague who takes care of the rubbish in the room across from us on the left. So we stopped at the aperitif, which was a shame... IN SUMMARY: I think it's best to avoid busy days.

04/04/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish. The pizzas were simply inedible: the dough was a complete disaster, tasteless, and poorly prepared. It makes you wonder how they can serve that in a restaurant. The atmosphere is just as unbearable. It's like being in a noisy cafeteria, with people shouting as if they were the only ones at home. It's impossible to have a pleasant time or a quiet conversation. As for the service, it's even worse. The waitresses spend their time chatting amongst themselves, without a smile, without even a glance at the customers waiting to order or ask for something. You clearly get the feeling you're bothering them. RUN AWAY.

31/03/2026: The service and the place were very nice. However, the food has declined significantly in taste, quantity, and quality. It used to be our lunch and dinner spot with my son. It's a shame because they accept holiday vouchers. Meal vouchers would help make those little meals more enjoyable.

15/09/2025: The pizzeria wasn't very busy when I arrived; I thought there was no one there. But the owner was very friendly and the pizza was very good with a thin crust.

04/01/2026: A rather strange experience: no menus, no price list, so we didn't know the prices. We were used to a superb restaurant in a historic location in Orléans, so we imagined there had been a change of ownership. The waitress was friendly, but there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night… which explains it. The dishes were, let's just say, very light: the pizzas, the salmon pasta… in short, unfortunately, we won't be going back.

03/01/2026: Very disappointed. I hadn't been back for a few years and I won't be going back. Twice my wife found metal wires in her pizza! Yet, a second pizza was made after three wires were discovered. The pizzas are small, and my cheese pizza was sickening: goat cheese, Emmental, and Camembert!? The crust wasn't cooked enough. Okay, they offered a discount on the bill, but it's not enough to make me return. Furthermore, the dining room and restrooms could use some attention to detail and a more refined atmosphere.

05/04/2026: Be warned, they give you a time to pick up your pizzas, but they don't respect it. I've been waiting for 45 minutes and still nothing, even though they say, "It will be ready by 7:40 PM." Some customers have been waiting for over an hour. It's a real shame because the pizzas are excellent, but the organization leaves much to be desired. Keep in mind that if I were only judging the pizzas, I would have given five stars.

04/04/2026: I find this unacceptable. Over an hour's wait, 30 minutes after placing the order, when we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The person at the counter is awful and has the nerve to say, "It's not my problem, I'm here to serve the customers." At some point, they need to know what time to give people when they take an order. I, for one, am a salesperson and I know perfectly well when to give and when not to give a time. The poor pizza maker is alone and struggling while his server partner doesn't lift a finger and can't even be bothered to give proper times. I wasn't the only customer waiting for my pizza; other customers in the dining room had already been waiting for over an hour. It's truly outrageous. A long wait is one thing, but sending customers after giving them false information is quite another. Don't give inaccurate hours and don't waste people's time. We respect your work, but respect yourself; it's clearly the person behind the counter who's at fault. I won't be back, which is a shame because the pizzas are very good. Not even a gesture of goodwill. A word to the wise.

23/01/2026: I ordered pizzas online from their website for pickup this evening. The order was confirmed, and I received a confirmation email… I arrive at Boîte à Pizza at the time of my appointment, AND it's closed! Everything shut, the shutters down! Nobody there!

23/01/2026: Ordered today, waited 2 hours only to see in previous reviews that it's closed… is it difficult to configure an admin-side click to close orders on the site?

25/09/2025: What can I say? A small restaurant in the heart of a tiny French village. Very friendly service. Two small tables available on a quiet street. Traffic around 8 p.m. wasn't a problem. The pizza is unique but distinctive. Plenty of toppings and reasonably priced. Takeout is available. A full range of drinks are available, including white and red wine.

22/02/2026: The pizzas are tiny and sparsely topped, but they're still dripping with grease. Expect the chef to make a few comments if you remove an ingredient you're allergic to. The recipes are interesting, but the execution needs improvement.
