09/07/2024: I regret placing my order here. It’s already one of the only Domino’s where you can’t pay at reception when you order takeaway. And then if you have the misfortune of ordering, when you come to pick up your order they never call you. If I hadn't asked a question after 6 people placed next on the screen had their order, I would still be there at closing And to top it off, there was an error in my order. In short, worst experience today here

12/03/2024: Order for a shoot for delivery at noon. At 12:15, we find ourselves having to call them to let them know that the delivery person will be leaving the site for a delivery in 15 minutes. Filming resumes at 1:00 PM!!! We're not yet in the Olympic rush...

16/12/2025: The panna cotta and pizza are absolutely delicious. It's a shame about the €15 minimum spend on credit cards, but otherwise, it's a great place!

29/10/2025: I bought some Gianduja chocolates from this shop and only noticed a pricing error afterward. The saleswoman acknowledged, after checking, that it was indeed a pricing mistake by the supplier, but no solution or refund was offered. It's a shame; better customer service would have made a real difference.

06/12/2025: Friendly and respectful staff. The atmosphere was more or less good. However, it was frequented by a very, very bad crowd (I've never seen anything like it in Toulouse or anywhere else).

16/01/2026: These are excellent pizzas, a great atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a chef who makes fantastic pizzas with a great team that will melt your heart.

03/01/2026: Undercooked pizzas. Outdated toppings. Inedible. Poor value for money. Overpriced for what it is. An apprenticeship with a pizza chef would be beneficial for these young women. As well as training in customer service.

23/12/2025: The wait time for frozen vegetables and fries, and the beef rump not cut properly... far too long (40 minutes), a real shame.

04/11/2025: We came to order pizzas, there was a long wait, so we waited. I was shocked by the pizza maker who was preparing the pizzas, constantly going back and forth to the bin, touching it with his gloves, and not changing his gloves to continue making the pizzas. I was very shocked by the hygiene standards of this restaurant; I won't be going back. Hygiene needs improvement.

06/01/2026: This is a very good establishment offering a wide selection of products, ensuring there's something for everyone. So far, we've never been disappointed with our orders. However, the major drawback is the delivery time: the estimated delivery time given during each call never matches the actual time. There seems to be a real problem with order management for deliveries. Furthermore, no compensation is offered despite these repeated delays, which is regrettable.

30/11/2025: Amazing pizza! I highly recommend it! The dough is hand-stretched, not rolled out! Finding that these days is hard! It's aged for 7 days and the pizza is fresh every morning!

11/11/2025: Honestly, this pizzeria is the best! The atmosphere is super chill and the staff are incredibly friendly. But the real highlight is the Pontarollo pizza… seriously, it's loaded with oozing cheese, perfectly crispy, pure bliss with every bite 😍. Honestly, I highly recommend it; you won't leave disappointed!

02/07/2025: had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest was having a great experience. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully designed – cozy yet elegant, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxed meal. Whether you're going out for a romantic dinner, meeting friends, or enjoying a family gathering, this place makes you feel right at home. Now onto the food – absolutely outstanding. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. The pasta was fresh and perfectly al dente, the sauces rich and flavorful without being too heavy. I had the [insert dish you had, e.g., "Tagliatelle al Tartufo"], and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the preparation. The pizza was equally delicious, with a thin, crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. We also tried a few appetizers and desserts, and each one was just as impressive as the main courses. The [e.g., "bruschetta"] was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the tiramisu at the end was the perfect finish – light, creamy, and not overly sweet. 30/10/2025: As a true Italian, I think describing such an abomination as a pizza is pure HERESY! The dough wasn't pizza-quality, as it was raw and unleavened in places, but the crust was dry and overly charred. The "mozzarella" in the Margherita wasn't mozzarella, and there was no trace of tomato sauce. I can confirm that the people preparing it were all without sanitary masks. And to conclude this review, I think €7 for this obscenity is a waste of money.

17/09/2025: Tourists marvel at these thin-crust, certainly artisanal pizzas. Excellent taste. In short, quality, service, price, and welcome tell us that this is a great place. To remember the next time we return to this beautiful little Mediterranean town. Saint Pierre la Mer ❤️

10/12/2025: An utter disappointment, a truly awful "pizza": undercooked dough soggy from canned tomato sauce thrown on top, three tiny pieces of cheese scattered everywhere, a pizza straight from the freezer—it couldn't possibly be homemade. I wanted a green salad with it... three lettuce leaves cut into quarters for €7, the price of a tiramisu! A disgrace. I'll never go back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

12/10/2025: Good welcome, nothing to say. On the other hand, the pizza was really small.

02/02/2026: Quite disappointed, we returned after a few years, and we didn't enjoy it. The food was disappointing (the pizza was like shoe leather, and we had serious doubts about the seafood (prawns and scallops) which had a strange taste). The service was rather slow. On the other hand, the staff were very pleasant and friendly!

13/01/2026: Highly recommended. I ordered a plate of tagliatelle carbonara (I should point out that the carbonara sauce is authentic) and for dessert, a crème brûlée. Both dishes were very good and the portions were generous; I would improve the caramelization of the crème brûlée a bit. To drink, I ordered a 0.5L Grimbergen, a little pricey in my opinion, but it tasted good. The place is very cozy; I would add something to the walls so they don't look so bare. If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant, I think this is a very good option.

31/07/2025: The service provided is really disgusting. There were cockroaches in the toilet. I can't imagine in the kitchen. Plus, they're not very receptive to non-Arabic speaking people.

01/12/2024: The staff is welcoming, but the hotel is outdated. Cracked sink, patched bathtub, floor not very clean... Under the bedding, there is accumulation of successive passages. Small point of attention, the kettle and drinks available for the winter.... It is very appreciable. Breakfast, which was my only gastronomic exploration, is copious. Nothing is missing.... But it lacks fruit, apart from a canned fruit salad and other products for a European breakfast. The chain has experienced, I find that the price / service ratio is very high and not justified. If I can avoid it, next time I'll move on.

18/11/2024: We spent three nights in the hotel, we put a big plus on the kindness of the reception staff and the breakfast service (breakfast with lots of choice and complete) however the room is really mediocre... The bathtub leaking water running all over the floor, when we arrived we found a dirty sock, tissues and food under one of the beds... It chilled us to enter we also had more battery in the remote control at our arrival what happens but this should be checked for the suite we also have a small sign available in the room to hang on the door if we want cleaning to be done in our room we put it on the door during our second day around 10 a.m. so that At least they change our bathroom towels. When we returned, no one had entered the room 😑 I had to go to reception at 11 p.m. to ask for towels, the gentleman kindly gave me some. I thank the reception staff and recommend improvement in the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms. Very positive point the hotel and super well served by public transport until 1h30 on weekends it is easy to go to Paris. Thank you all the same for this stay.
