30/08/2026: Very disappointed… I specifically asked for a well-cooked pizza, but it was absolutely undercooked. The tomato sauce was more like Bolognese sauce. The pizza was also very small, and the toppings barely stayed on it; everything just slid off. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The only positive point was that the person at the counter was very pleasant.

10/09/2026: Having no other option, we ended up at this pizzeria—a complete mistake. The pizza was mediocre at best, and the "rustic" osso reheated in the microwave was utterly uninteresting, yet the price was still exorbitant. I'll never set foot in there again; I'd be better off getting a sandwich from a decent bakery.

31/08/2026: We had seafood pasta and vegetarian pizza. The pasta portion was generous and it was so delicious👍 We polished off the plate in no time!😁

08/09/2026: My colleagues and I came as a group, requesting a table outside and then inside—what a mistake! We ended up in a room that was supposedly reserved for another group, who had apparently agreed to share it with us, thus giving them the right to rule the evening. During their prayers, we were forced to remain silent, lectured by the other guests at that table. The bread must have been extra, because after four requests we received a measly basket of four pieces (there were 12 of us at the table and we were almost finished eating). The same thing happened with the water; we had to beg for it. Our aperitif and main course were rushed through (cleared as soon as we'd taken the last bite), and desserts were served within an hour before we were out. The bill was imposed on us even though we had planned to order coffees and maybe a digestif, but apparently we had to pay immediately. The meal was quite good, but nothing special for the price and the portions, which were more like something you'd find in a gourmet restaurant. In short, we certainly won't be back!

28/08/2026: It's a place where we eat regularly; the food and service are very good. We always eat inside, avoiding those who smoke, but lately they've been playing very loud music. The recommendation would just be a little less noise.

19/08/2026: You have to create the atmosphere here somewhat yourself, but there is plenty of room for that. The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful, so they score points for that. The cappuccino is the kind you would expect in France (not like you're used to), and the whipped cream was delicious! The food choices are limited, but I would come back for a quick beer.

16/05/2026: Delicious!!! We thoroughly enjoyed it; the pizza was excellent! I think it was one of the best I've ever had. They also offer salads and pasta. The cocktails are very good too.

19/04/2026: I wanted to leave a comment as a long-time customer; my parents have been going there since 1993. We stopped going when we were disappointed by the new owner a few years ago. But yesterday we decided to give this restaurant (new owner) a second chance, and we absolutely don't regret it! We received impeccable service, with smiles all around, excellent, generously topped pizzas, and ice cream scoops with a generous portion size (yes, unlike some other restaurants!). We are truly delighted and will be back, so to all those who knew the old restaurant and were disappointed, give it another chance because it's worth it!

19/07/2026: Still a treat even after all these years 🙏🏻 The pizzas are excellent! Real pizza dough, real fresh ingredients! A reliable place 🫶🏻 I highly recommend it. (Bonus: the decor really sets the mood 🇮🇹)

10/04/2026: This restaurant offers quality dishes; I recommend it. We encountered a young waitress who made us feel quite uncomfortable. My husband and I had a lovely evening, but at the end of her shift, as she was leaving, she spoke to us in Kabyle, seemingly wanting to assert her ethnicity, at least to my husband. This made us feel uneasy.

31/10/2025: We went to La Napolitaine using a Smartbox voucher. The pizza was the best we've had in a long time, and the size was larger than usual. The ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant. The desserts were just as delicious as the pizzas. Don't judge a book by its cover 😉, what matters is what's on your plate. Thank you for a lovely experience.

21/09/2025: An impromptu dinner with my wife last night. Always and still a must-visit place to enjoy pizzas; they are by far the best in Chartres. The service is impeccable. We barely arrived with our dog, and without asking, the owner brought her a drink! A thoughtful touch. Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and perseverance, given the construction work that must be disrupting your business somewhat. A big thank you, Patrick Bazot.

24/06/2026: I was blown away by the warm welcome and impeccable service at "Bordeaux Parme" in Bordeaux. The atmosphere is pleasant and the setting is elegant. The value for money is more than reasonable. There's virtually no wait and the cleanliness is spotless.
