08/06/2026: Very disappointed by the experience. On several occasions, the staff abruptly and curtly interrupted our conversations, giving the impression that we weren't being listened to or respected. More professional and courteous communication would have been appreciated. It's a shame, as it significantly detracts from the quality of the welcome and service.

01/09/2026: the pizza was not very good, there was A LOT of cheese and not enougu sauce. When we got the bill we had to pay for the cutlery. We asked why and the server could not give us an answer. He said it was written outside but we didn't see it anywhere.

23/08/2026: For over 30 years, about 5 or 6 times a year, I've been going to Piccolo Mondo and I'm never disappointed. At first, I went with friends, then with family. The service and the menu are so excellent that the children have taken over. We're never disappointed, and I love being advised and looked after by the same kind gentleman I've been seeing for decades.

19/01/2026: I had dinner at your restaurant last night. The pasta and pizza were really good. But the service was disappointing: we waited a long time before being told we had to pay for the order to be registered. And then there was no free Parmesan cheese available to put on the pasta; I've never been to an Italian restaurant that offered that!

15/01/2026: A bit disorganized The quality is standard for this restaurant chain. I found this one in Marseille a bit disorganized, with confusing lines at the counters and unmotivated staff.

18/07/2026: The decor was very nice. The food was quite good, but the price was excessive considering the portion size. When it came to the bill, they tried to charge us €1 for each bottle of tap water, claiming it was fresh! We refused, knowing that nothing had been mentioned at the beginning of the meal.

27/09/2026: The service and atmosphere great. The room is really nice and we could HEAR each other. But the food. The food. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer. There were 4 of us. Two Americans and two French. One bite was all we could take. We left the rest on the plate. It was rubber. I was still chewing that one bite after fifteen minutes. Then my mozarella tomato salad. A blob of mozarella plopped down on 4 tasteless tomates. I noticed one of our party couldn't touch their pasta dish. When the waitress took the calamari she asked "what happened?" She took it off the bill. How a supposed high quality restaurant could serve mediocre quality food is beyond me. Do they think the customers are stupid? It's not the chefs' fault nor the waitresses. It's management. Whoever buys. It's a cool room. But the food...

26/09/2026: Excellent Italian restaurant! We had a wonderful time and received a truly warm welcome. It's quite rare to encounter such kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. A special mention to Lilou, the waitress, who was absolutely lovely from beginning to end. A huge thank you to her for her hospitality and kindness! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

22/09/2026: The pasta was good though the pizza was just OK, the chorizo was a bit sparse and sliced too thinly, and there was a bit too much cheese. The service though was top notch - attentive, efficient and very friendly, so all in all we were happy we decided to eat here.

15/09/2026: We received a very poor welcome. We came for dinner and throughout the meal, we felt like our presence was inconvenient; this is the second time we've experienced this. I used to be a regular customer when I worked in the Marais, and the previous staff were always very friendly and welcoming. It's a real shame to see how much the service has changed, because I really enjoyed this place.

20/07/2026: Friendly welcome and service. Tender and flavorful veal escalopes. Generous portions. The tiramisu was good, but I'm not sure if it was homemade. A good experience, I'd recommend it.
