21/02/2026: Not to mention the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was elastic and undercooked. The toppings were mediocre at best. Cheap, but not good. The owner was very friendly, but not up to par.

18/02/2026: Delicious pizzas, crispy crust, fresh ingredients. Top-notch service: fast, friendly, and very professional. Since the change of ownership about two months ago, the new manager has a lot of experience, and you can really feel the improvement in quality and service. Clean and welcoming place. I highly recommend it! 5 stars 🌟

20/03/2026: As a loyal customer (and neighbor), I've never been disappointed by the products, the atmosphere, or the service from the Pronto's Pizza team. They're hard workers, and their pizzas are by far the best value for money in Annecy. And what's more, they always have a smile on their face!

17/02/2026: I think it's a joke. I've never eaten a pizza with so little flavor, and the egg was undercooked. Not to mention the awful service; the guy only smiles and speaks nicely when you're paying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Two stars because it's still edible. Fingers crossed I don't get sick.

16/10/2025: Yesterday I bought a slice of focaccia that was so dry and hard, probably from being left out in the open for a while, that it was inedible. Too bad I only noticed it when I got home. I've never seen anything like this! So the manager deliberately bought this spoiled focaccia. That's called theft, and it's shameful!

14/03/2026: Name change… No more Fuxia… Now it’s La Cuxiana: Quality menu, the carpaccio is excellent. Pleasant service. Previous review (Fuxia): Very good experience at Fuxia during a weekday lunch with colleagues. The daily special was excellent, as was the gourmet coffee. Impeccable service. The terrace under the sunny dome was very pleasant that day.

03/12/2025: We went to lunch at this restaurant. There was no friendliness whatsoever when we ordered. I had a beer and tagliatelle bolognese with parmesan, which was uninteresting. There was hardly any bolognese sauce, and I didn't even finish it because I didn't enjoy it at all. The place was cold and soulless. A soda was served to one of the people at the table that was three days past its expiration date. When we pointed this out at the time of payment, the response was: "It's only been two days..." It had already been three days... In short, avoid this place. I ordered a cappuccino for €3.50, which was more like a café crème (see photo).

14/02/2026: I ordered a 4 cheese pizza for €13... it's almost a rip-off considering the thickness of the crust, the quantity of ingredients, and especially for such a small pizza... I strongly advise against it.

13/03/2026: Disgusting!! Absolutely nothing to complain about! We pay a fortune for pizza-shaped insoles that taste like cardboard! I should add that we found bits of "paper" (I sincerely hope that's all it was) in the dough 😱🤮🤢 It leaves an aftertaste even after brushing your teeth! Luckily the hospital isn't far away because we might need it... Makes you wonder about a possible partnership... This is unacceptable!

02/03/2026: Finally, a pizzeria worthy of the name! Everything is homemade and delicious 😋 We all thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived at 1:30 pm for a party of six and received a perfect welcome. Sandrine, the waitress, kept her smile and friendliness throughout the entire service. Eric, who makes the pizzas like a true Italian chef, jokes with the customers and has a kind word for everyone... You feel at ease in this pizzeria; you're treated like valued customers. A truly wonderful experience! It's absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it! The bill was very reasonable: we all drank wine and beer, and we each ordered a main course, plus some desserts and coffee, for about €25 per person.

19/12/2025: The welcome was adequate, and the place and atmosphere were pleasant. However, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. I don't fault the establishment for offering a deliberately limited menu in order to work with so-called "fresh" products; quite the contrary: that's precisely what one is looking for. On the other hand, I struggle to understand the choice of highlighting fresh products while serving frozen fries as a side. If there's one simple, inexpensive, and crucial element, it's homemade fries, which would make all the difference, especially with a burger or a ribeye steak. Furthermore, the "mountain" burger I was served was nothing like that. In addition, it wasn't cooked as I requested: the meat, which I ordered rare, was served medium-rare.
