That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and care. Once inside, the service continued to be excellent, not just from Shaima but from the entire crew. The team created a welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food did not disappoint—the pizza was absolutely delicious, perfectly made, and full of flavor. And the classic tiramisu was the perfect way to end the meal. Bottom line: Amazing service, great team, and quality food. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: The service and food were absolutely top-notch. The food was excellent, with generous portions and delicious flavors. We came as a group of 9 on Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March 14th for a championship trip. Friday evening was perfect, the waiter was very kind and professional. We called again on our way out to reserve for Saturday evening. The phone reception was not pleasant at all; we were told we had to be on time. Since we were competing, we decided to reserve for 8:30 pm to be on the safe side. We arrived on Saturday at 8:12 pm, figuring we wouldn't be late anyway, even if it meant waiting. We were finally seated at 9:15 pm with no apology from management, nothing, as if they could be late but not the customers. We accepted it because the waiter recognized us from the previous day. He was incredibly professional, reciting everything we had ordered the day before without a single mistake. Of course, to tease him, we changed a few things on Saturday, but it was still absolutely fantastic. Management felt entitled to make very unpleasant remarks to him in front of a packed restaurant. He's courageous and loves his job. Well done to him and the kitchen team! Thanks again, JM, and best of luck! I hope management realizes what a gem they have. (The table of annoying people with the greatest pleasure 😉)

17/02/2026: A lovely pizzeria in the heart of Saint-Émilion, nestled among the medieval streets. On the menu: Southwestern salad, whole duck breasts, baked eggs, chocolate mousse, and red berry panna cotta. All the dishes and desserts were excellent. I highly recommend it. Good value for money.

11/02/2026: Excellent meal, great welcome and atmosphere. 4 stars for the food because there's always room for improvement, lol. No complaints whatsoever: generous portions, lovely presentation, homemade with quality ingredients. I was even given a little box to take home the leftover pizza I couldn't finish. As for the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), it was a real treat with a choice of several drinks, including cappuccino. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return when we're back in your region. We'll be giving the address to friends and family. P.S.: The grotto is an enchanting escape.

08/03/2026: We're regulars at this restaurant. We had to wait 50 minutes for our pizzas from the children's menu. That seemed a bit long. When asked how our meal was, we mentioned the wait. The waitress took offense and didn't take our comment well at all. A less curt response would have been much more appreciated.

23/03/2026: The service was disappointing, the welcome was cold; we arrived and they barely said good evening. No thank you, no goodbye as we left. The food was decent, but the hospitality leaves much to be desired.

08/03/2026: Arriving straight from Belgium on a Sunday at lunchtime without a reservation, even though the restaurant was already quite busy, they somehow found me a table. (There were two of us.) All this with a smile and great kindness, and the food was just as good… generous! The Milanese veal cutlet was exceptional!! I didn't have time for dessert, so I'll definitely be back! 22/03/2026: The pizza was okey, but poor quantity of ingredients. The waiter was really nice. The problem is the space: super tiny tables where 2 plates of pizza didn’t even fit. Also you are sited next to another random couple, it seems like you are having dinner with someone else.
