17/02/2026: As a long-time client of this property management company, I purchased a commercial property through them, currently own two properties under their management, and have also entrusted them with several business matters. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. In the context of a sale that ultimately fell through, I was billed for a preliminary statement of account without any consideration for compensation, despite our existing relationship and the expenses already incurred. I understand that this service can be billed; my confusion stems primarily from the complete lack of consideration shown by the company in this situation. However, my concerns extend beyond this specific point. During the purchase of a commercial property through them, certain non-conformities were subsequently identified. I repeatedly proposed corrective measures at general meetings to rectify the situation, but these points were never addressed or put to a vote, leaving the matter without a concrete solution. More broadly, I'm now seeing longer processing times, less fluid communication, and a level of service that no longer matches what I was used to. I also regret a lack of openness to collaborating with other professionals, which can negatively impact certain cases and, ultimately, the clients. This is all the more unfortunate given that the relationship started off so well. I sincerely hope this feedback will encourage improvements in the follow-up and consideration given to co-owners.

17/02/2026: A very disappointing experience with this property management company. Lack of responsiveness, complicated communication, and inadequate follow-up on files. Despite several follow-ups, some issues remain unresolved. Having worked with numerous property management companies in the past, I can compare: the level of service falls short of expectations. I strongly recommend thoroughly researching and analyzing customer feedback before committing.

02/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas, but the dough wasn't cooked and stuck to our teeth; unfortunately, the toppings weren't good either. We paid for nothing because we didn't finish our pizzas.

25/03/2026: Having recently moved to the area, we tried this pizzeria and we were delighted. The welcome was very warm and the value for money is truly excellent. The pizzas are delicious, the crust is very good, and the toppings are generous. As for the Maxi/Mega size... it really lives up to its name, it's impressive! We highly recommend this place for food lovers.

07/03/2026: Second time here and we're not disappointed. We made a mistake ordering the wrong size 😅. They're still delicious even the next day! The filling is perfect. They could have used a few more minutes of baking time for a crispier crust.

25/03/2026: What a beautiful little restaurant. Service was impeccable, food was presented very well, good sized portions and fairly priced. Staff made us feel so welcome and they really looked after us. Lovely atmosphere, staff seemed to enjoy each other’s company. A wonderful french dining experience for our first visit to france. Frogs legs were beautiful, burgers were so tasty and good sized. Will highly recommend to others to dine.

24/03/2026: Don’t make the same mistake we did! We were hungry after the Eiffel Tower and didn’t check the reviews—huge regret. The food was a disaster. My friend ordered a burger that had absolutely no salt or seasoning; it was completely tasteless. My bruschetta was even worse—how do you make a bad bruschetta? They used the two heels (the crusty ends) of the bread, didn't even toast them, and served it soft and bland. Even the French fries were terrible. To make it worse, the waiter was incredibly rude. He rushed us to choose between sitting inside or outside, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Finally, the pricing is a total rip-off. A bottle of water is 3€ to go, but they charge 6€ just to sit at the table. For these prices, you expect at least a pinch of salt and a polite waiter. Save your money and walk a few blocks away!

13/09/2025: Avoid this place. I ordered a salad with gizzards. When my plate arrived, it looked incredibly unappetizing. I barely touched my food and left still hungry. Really not good at all.

08/01/2026: Avoid at all costs! A bill of €74 (€50 cash and €4 by card) and the next day you discover a charge of €24 on your card!!! The manager's response: "It's your word against mine!!" And what a coincidence, there are no security cameras in the restaurant to prove I actually paid! Bad faith!! I will never set foot in that restaurant again!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!!!

03/01/2026: I just had two pizzas delivered. When I ordered, I asked if it was possible to cut them, and of course, no problem. When they arrived, the pizzas were burnt, not cut, and there was no hot sauce. What a shame, local business, you've just lost a customer!

26/11/2025: Casa Nana in Égly is an excellent place to eat! In my experience, their thin-crust, crispy pizzas are truly delicious. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are pleasant, and there's always parking nearby. Perfect for a meal with family or friends!

16/11/2025: WARNING!!! Tonight we placed an order and ran into a problem: first, after placing our order online, we received a phone call informing us that the card machine in the store wasn't working and that the others were being delivered. When my son went to pick up the pizzas and paid in cash, one was missing, and we only noticed it when we got home. He went back to the store, and another employee showed the total of our order on his till, revealing a shortfall of €45 compared to the amount we had paid in cash! They then confirmed that the card machine was working. We did, however, receive the missing pizza, thankfully. Very disappointed!

24/10/2025: A real horror! Run away before even entering! Bad reception, no hello, stared at by the waiters, they made us feel like we were in the way. We left before even ordering... I never thought I'd experience this!

30/11/2025: We ordered three pizzas tonight to end the weekend with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The toppings and cooking were perfect.

22/03/2026: I went there on Sunday afternoon, March 22nd. The saleswoman was pleasant and gave good advice.

22/02/2026: The pizza was ridiculously expensive! For €16, I expected a pizza with more toppings... what a shame... Now I know that if I'm craving pizza, I won't be going back to that kiosk...

15/02/2026: Ordered pizzas for 7 pm (limited selection as they didn't have eggs, artichokes, etc.). The service was nonexistent, unfriendly and unwelcoming. They couldn't accept cash as they didn't have change. And to top it all off, the pizzas weren't great! The mushrooms tasted like they came from a can. There was no cheese on the pizzas! €24 is expensive for so little!

24/02/2026: I've been trying to order delivery for two days now, and it's impossible to get escalope with crème fraîche or escalope Bolognese. I don't find this professional of you, and then you dare to act surprised that there's a crisis.

14/10/2025: Best pizza in Saint Fargeau Ponthierry because I've made them all! We're always well received, the pizzas are very well topped and they're super good. I highly recommend this pizzeria. "I'm a ninja turtle," so I know what I'm talking about.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed with the experience. I did use Deliveroo, but unlike others, the establishment was completely unhelpful and unaccommodating. The person on the phone didn't seem to know anything about pizza and didn't appear very concerned. I understand that Deliveroo delivers, but they don't prepare the order; that's Pizza Hut, as far as I know. So when they make a mistake, it would be nice if they acknowledged it, because tonight I'm stuck without food because the pizza they delivered is simply awful, so it's going straight in the bin. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for this mediocre service—not even the pizza sauces!

07/04/2026: It's 10:36 PM and apparently they're no longer taking orders even though they're supposed to be open until 11 PM... And it's not the first time.
