19/07/2026: I received a very warm welcome, the atmosphere was great, and the service was quick. It's very well located opposite the ocean. However, I ordered a Napoli pizza, which was nothing like the one I ordered. It had far too many tomatoes, a few anchovies, three olives, and a handful of capers, all on a burnt crust. In short, I was very disappointed.

03/07/2026: We always receive a warm welcome at this bakery. The staff is professional and very pleasant. I go there very regularly. Today I forgot a shopping bag when I left. I didn't realize it right away. I called two hours later to see if they had found a bag of vegetables. What a pleasant surprise when the young woman told me that they had! They had indeed found a bag with groceries. She had put them aside in the refrigerator until someone called or came to collect them. I was very touched by her honesty and kindness. I thank her again sincerely. She will know who she is. We must cherish and encourage such competent, professional, and honest staff. Thank you again, young woman, and please don't change. It's very easy to leave negative reviews from people who are never satisfied. It's also very important to thank and encourage those who do a good job. Best regards.

20/06/2026: I went to the bakery on Friday, June 18th at 1:00 PM to order pastries for the next day. When I asked the saleswoman about placing an order, she made a face—I thought I'd walked into a car parts store! She told me it wasn't possible! Seeing my face, she went to check, came back, and said: "Tomorrow there are only two of them, they have a lot of orders, so it's not possible." I drove 16 km to get to the bakery; I wanted to order a raspberry tart and brownies because I was working the next day, in preparation for Father's Day. Well, no, because Marie Blachère bakery and pastry shop only knows how to sell: "Buy one baguette, get ten free!" In short, they don't make their own pastries, and they can't even take an order to preheat! So keep selling mass-produced goods, and as for me, I'm going back to my pastry chef where I find quality and service.

17/06/2026: The setting of this inn is pleasant, but the service is sorely lacking due to a young waitress who treats her workplace like a dating site. Her provocative attitude and complete lack of restraint and professionalism towards customers are truly appalling. Her inappropriate behavior completely ruins the friendly atmosphere of the establishment. It's a real shame for the inn's reputation; we won't be returning.

03/05/2026: A very bad experience. Unhealthy atmosphere, disrespectful staff, and a clearly inappropriate attitude towards some customers. You feel uncomfortable as soon as you arrive. A complete lack of professionalism gives a very bad impression of the establishment. I strongly advise against going there; avoid this restaurant at all costs.

14/07/2026: If you plan on staying here just know that the train metro is really loud at night and you cannot sleep well! Also, staff is rude. Not a good service at all. And one of our family members got intoxicated from the buffet! They do not take care of their food items like they should. Air conditioning doesn’t cool because the building is really old and you cannot sleep! Really dissapointed.

01/07/2026: The building is gorgeous and centrally located. The rooms are small but Paris size, the AC is on the lower side. We opted for buffet breakfast $35/person very disappointing. It felt cheap and not fresh when you are in the city of good

15/06/2026: I don't think I've ever been so disappointed, practically insulted because "there's a football match on" and I needed to talk to the boss when "his hands are covered in flour." It's always easy to be rude to people on the phone! UNACCEPTABLE!!

14/07/2026: The only real positive point about this restaurant is its beachfront location. However, the food disappointed us, and the prices are high for the quality. The wait between courses was also very long. It's a shame, because the setting is beautiful, but I don't recommend this restaurant; you can find much better in Théoule.

09/06/2026: Don't trust the reviews. I used to be a regular; the pizzas were excellent. New pizza chef... Catastrophic... and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. They wash their hands after taking payment and answering the phone...

08/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The saleswoman and manager are incredibly unprofessional, I've never seen anything like it. I bought two bubble teas without lids?! The whole point of bubble tea is to be able to mix the balls. The saleswoman told me the lid was too difficult to put on, and the manager said they didn't stock any?! As a result, they slipped out of the children's hands as soon as they were taken out, because the glass wasn't sturdy. The same thing happened with the crepe, which was just placed on a napkin, but no plate was available! So they sell takeout but don't invest in decent equipment? Honestly, stop at the ice cream shop just before this place; you'll be less disappointed. Completely unprofessional. You shouldn't rip off customers just because we're on vacation! The manager didn't even offer me another drink. According to her, I was the only one who complained, and that's how it is; they'll do better in the future, she said! What a joke! I should have just read the negative reviews! And above all, don't reply to me. I've seen all the responses you give to negative reviews. You're not ready to question yourself, accept criticism, or make an effort... so many years of experience for so few reviews, that should have been a warning sign!

13/07/2026: Passing through Epernay, I made a stop without much enthusiasm, but what a great find! I wasn't disappointed; the food was excellent. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate!

11/07/2026: Food was okay, it was the only restaurant taking walk ins, so couldve been alot worse. Service was okay with the language barrier (we apologies for that as brits we need to learn other languages) Was off putting watching the pizza makers have their bare chest out making pizzas with chest hair on show.

10/04/2026: The owner is on first-name terms with everyone and is unpleasant and intrusive. The basic beer is €6.80—a rip-off. The pizza was mediocre... I strongly advise against going there.
