04/08/2026: No cocktails (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). They were out of rum too! No lasagna either. In the end, I ordered a calzone pizza, which was very good (pasta and filling), even though I still wanted lasagna. My wife ordered the seafood pasta (good, but the pasta was dry; it needed a little more sauce). For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was good but lacked coffee flavor. In conclusion: we tried it, but we won't be going back except for takeaway pizzas.

18/04/2026: The pizzas are simply delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed them, and the kids said they were the best pizzas they'd ever eaten. Hats off to the owner who doesn't give up easily and still knows his stuff. Imagine, I worked there when I was 15, and now at 38, I'm back eating there with my little family from Bordeaux ;) Well done! 😘

18/05/2026: I initially sent an email because my delivery went wrong, but having received no response, I am forced to give this 1-star rating. Here is my unanswered message (and therefore no compensation): Last night, I placed order 139000001684 in Valréas. It was delivered 20 minutes late, so everything was cold. We didn't receive the cheddar sauce and onions on the fries (a €2 option), and the mozzarella sticks were replaced with pepper bites (see attached photo). I would also like to point out the small size of the pizza; it is indeed listed as 25cm, but at €12, one wouldn't expect it to be so small. Please credit my card at least with the amount corresponding to the missing sauce and mozzarella sticks. If you could also offer some compensation for the delay and the cold food, it would be greatly appreciated.

28/08/2026: A little surprised by the negative reviews... I came to this restaurant with my wife somewhat by chance a few months ago, and from the welcome by the owner to the various dishes we've tried since, I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! A truly warm welcome, good food, very good pizzas (my Italian brother-in-law confirms this). So don't hesitate to stop by!! I highly recommend it!!

15/08/2026: We had reserved a table for four people, and once seated, we waited an hour for a drink. I'll let you imagine what it was like for the meal... I won't be going back.

25/04/2026: A very good Italian restaurant. I absolutely loved the Burratina pizza stuffed with mushroom and summer truffle sauce*, mushrooms, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and arugula—generously topped and excellent. The cocktails are delicious. The industrial-style decor, reminiscent of a cabinet of curiosities with Italian kitchenware, creates a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The only downside was the somewhat rushed service; we barely had time to sip our aperitifs before the main courses arrived. The same thing happened with the coffee, which arrived at the same time as the dessert.

28/08/2026: An experience that has definitively shattered my trust I am posting this review in response to the message I received on August 26, 2026, asking me to remove my previous reviews. Let me be perfectly clear: I will not remove them. These reviews recount experiences I have personally had over several years. First experience — Very bad experience I went to this food truck intending to buy a pizza and simply have a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the experience was quite different. While I was physically standing in front of the truck to pick up my pizza, I was charged a delivery fee. I simply asked him why he was charging me for delivery when I was right there in front of him. I received no explanation, and he refused to remove the fee. So, I was forced to pay for my pizza along with the delivery fee. I found this situation particularly incomprehensible and disappointing, as was the reception I received. I am simply recounting my personal experience. For my part, I absolutely do not recommend this pizza truck and I will not be returning. Second Experience — No Sense of Service Second experience and, unfortunately, the same conclusion. Having injured my hand and being unable to cut the pizzas myself, I simply asked for them to be cut before being given them to me. This very simple request was refused, with the only response being that I must surely have something to cut them with at home. Beyond the refusal itself, it was the way this request was received that deeply disappointed me. When you pay for a service, you have the right to expect a minimum of attentiveness, courtesy, and consideration. This second experience has definitively damaged my opinion of this establishment. I do not recommend this food truck and I now prefer to order elsewhere. 3rd experience — A very disappointing service Third experience, and once again, a huge disappointment. I ordered three pizzas for guests and asked for them to be sliced, as I couldn't cut them myself. This request was ignored. Furthermore, the order arrived significantly late, and one of the pizzas was completely burnt. Despite these problems, I paid for the entire order, and no compensation was offered. I was also charged a €3 delivery fee, which works out to €1 per pizza. Each of these problems, taken separately, would have been regrettable. Combined in a single order, they create a particularly disappointing impression of service. After three unsatisfactory experiences, I feel I've tried enough. I will no longer order from this food truck and, based on my personal experiences, I do not recommend it. Fourth Experience — One Experience Too Many After several disappointing experiences, I decided to give this pizza truck one last chance. I had clearly requested that the pizzas be cut and that I add chili peppers. The order arrived late, without chili peppers, and once again, the pizzas weren't cut. So I called to report these problems. The conversation was particularly unpleasant: I didn't appreciate the tone used or the way my complaint was received, and no satisfactory solution was offered. After four experiences that, from my point of view, proved unsatisfactory, I prefer to be very clear: I absolutely do not recommend this pizza truck. Since then, I've discovered other establishments in Nice where I found much better pizzas, but above all, a welcome, attentiveness, and respect for the customer that are more in line with what I expect from a business. I simply regret not having changed restaurants sooner. Today, I have no regrets about having definitively turned the page.

29/08/2026: A restaurant that has remained true to its long history in the city, a testament to quality and reliability. The meat is excellent and very tender. The pizzas are very good, with the option to combine pizza and salad. Prices are reasonable.

20/08/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. Quick service and delicious pizzas with a thick crust and toppings made from fresh ingredients in just the right amount.

14/07/2026: Tradition is absolutely delicious!! I prefer their baguette (Tradition) to those from more famous bakeries. I haven't tried their other breads or cakes, so I can't comment on those, but I always buy Tradition here!

16/02/2026: Friendly welcome for takeaway pizza, but nothing amazing. The pizza was average, the pasta broke easily… and the ham was standard. For a pizza specialist, it needs improvement.

29/08/2026: Would absolutely not recommend. We had a genuinely lovely first visit here. The younger blonde member of staff was friendly, fun and welcoming, and we had a decent pizza. We paid by card at the end without any issue and left with a good impression. In fact, when we came back for coffee, I chose here specifically because we enjoyed our first visit. Unfortunately, our second experience was absolutely awful. There was a clear language barrier, which we completely understand and was not the issue. We made every effort to keep things simple. I asked for a cappuccino, then changed this to a café au lait as indicated she did not understand what a cappuccino was. When we tried to pay by card, the older, dark-haired woman serving us became extremely aggressive. She shouted “NO CARD, NO!” while interacting with other customers and rolling her eyes. When I tried to explain, using a translation app, that we were sorry for the inconvenience, that we had paid by card on our previous visit, and asked whether there was a cash machine nearby, she dramatically grabbed and threw a menu down in front of us and shouted, while acting out eating by putting her hand to her mouth, “MANGER! MANGER!” almost directly in my face. This was loud enough that people across the entire square turned around to look at us. We were more than happy to pay whatever the minimum card payment was because we were the ones without any cash. When we tried to explain this, again using the translation app, she once again shouted the situation across the square, with people looking over at us, commenting to her and generally making an already uncomfortable situation even more embarrassing. She continued talking and pointing about us, including seemingly explaining the situation to two new customers that had arrived, who subsequently looked over and laughed at us, too. Thankfully, my partner eventually found another, much friendlier member of staff inside who spoke some English. We explained that we had no cash and asked if we could please pay by card, offering to pay whatever minimum amount was necessary. We were immediately told that this was absolutely fine. Despite this, the older woman continued shouting inside to the staff in the kitchen, who were peering out and also laughing at us. She was then ramming the card machine into my phone that was in partner's hand, to process the payment, became angry when it didn't work immediately (it required my fingerprint), and once again shouted at my partner in French. He simply kept replying “pardon, pardon” to show that we genuinely weren't trying to cause any trouble. We didn't rise to any of the aggression because we just wanted the situation to end and honestly, get out of there. Eventually I went inside, paid and we left without even touching our coffees. I was so embarrassed and upset by the whole intense and shocking experience that I cried the entire way back to our accommodation (and things like this dont often bother me). We have travelled extensively and have dealt with plenty of language barriers. We obviously never expected everyone to speak English, and we've had some wonderful interactions precisely because we have had to muddle through and find ways to communicate. But there is absolutely no excuse for humiliating customers in front of an entire square simply because there has been a misunderstanding. Ironically, as we walked away, we overheard another person saying they were going to avoid the place because of their own experience with the rude woman. It's a real shame because our first visit was good and we would have happily returned. Unfortunately, the behaviour of this particular member of staff completely changed our impression. We are also part of a party of 12 and had planned to return that evening to get pizzas to take home. After this experience, I'm very glad we didn't give them the business. Would absolutely not recommend.
