06/09/2025: I came by one evening, there were two of us around 10 p.m. to eat there. As soon as we arrived, the manager gave us a very bad welcome, his expression tense and surprised to see us. He told us coldly with a grimace on his face that it would not be possible to eat there without giving any other information. I went to the waitress to ask her for 2 pizzas to take away, which I was able to get. Regarding this manager, I don't know the probable reason for his bad look, but I think it's really a big lack of professionalism.

11/09/2026: After reading the reviews, I ordered pizzas sight unseen. What a disappointment! What a rip-off! When I went to pick up the pizzas, they were already prepared and barely lukewarm, even though I arrived on time. Five minutes later, when I got home, the pizzas were almost cold, but the disappointment was even greater when I opened the pizza boxes and tasted them. There were practically no toppings, huge bare patches, and on top of that, ingredients were missing from every pizza. There was almost no tomato sauce or crème fraîche on the pizza dough. In short, a complete disaster and a huge disappointment. Around €15 for a pizza that's just pizza dough is highway robbery. Avoid at all costs.

30/08/2026: The pizzas weren't tasty. They lacked freshness. For this price, you'd expect better. It's fast food.

24/08/2026: The sign says they're open until 11pm, we arrived at 9:45pm with 5 people, but we were coldly informed that they were closed for the day 🤔😕👎

22/08/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizzas, made fresh to order with a wide selection of toppings. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

24/07/2026: The owners were incredibly welcoming, very friendly and smiling. The waitress was also fantastic, thank you! We had a very pleasant evening. The pizzas were generously topped and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! 🙏😊

21/08/2026: Excellent as always!! Tonight, the staff's absolute patience with a particularly unpleasant table that alienated the entire evening clientele was noteworthy. Aside from this "inconvenience," we enjoyed our usual very (too much 😅) delicious meal, for a more than reasonable price. Thank you to Baïla Pizza Niort for another wonderful meal. See you soon!!

05/09/2026: We waited 20 minutes at a table outside. The young woman with the ponytail greeted us with a smile. She didn't take our order, nothing. And she walked past us several times. The bar next door was better.

19/09/2026: ⭐️ A truly disappointing pizza… The dough had absolutely no taste and the whole thing was frankly inedible. A very bad experience for me. I advise you to go to another pizzeria.

18/09/2026: The food is very good!! But the service is a bit slow!! However, the servers are excellent and friendly!

30/07/2026: We arrived today with a reservation for five people. Once there, we ordered drinks, and the very kind waitress came to take our food orders. Under the pretext of not having a cook available at lunchtime, they didn't offer any meat, and those eating halal couldn't order pasta with salmon or anything else. I find it quite serious that a restaurant in the center of a major city doesn't have a cook available at lunchtime.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the team remembered me! 🥰 Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming, both on my first visit and yesterday. The food is delicious, the service is warm, and you really feel welcome. It's exactly the kind of place you want to come back to. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! ❤️

20/07/2026: Passing through the area, I found one of the few restaurants open on Mondays, and it's great! The pizzas are very good!
